Sam's pov

I left the hospital after mia was admitted. I taught that after Maya died then the cursed would have been lifted but indeed  I was wrong.

I drove home through the dark thick fogs playing one of my favorite songs while trying to forget that I just put my feet in something I that I can't undo.

My hands Trembled as I held the starring wheel. "Why's this happening now". I whispered then turn on the light on my car just in time to see a Lady run out of the bushes and in front of my car. I jammed breaks then spin the wheel causing the car to swerve and run off the road and over into the woods.

I woke up with blood running down my face and  the car pinned to a tree.

" what the fuck". I yelled then unbuckled the seatbelt and kick the door open. I climb out of the car then look around me.

I was in the woods, where I don't know but I was certain that it wasn't somewhere new.

"Sam get out of here now". A voice whispered through the dark trees and with that I started hurrying back up to the road but each time I got close I'd be suck back to the same spot.

" Maya where are you help me please". I yelled out then started running again when I noticed a girl standing in front of me. I ran towards her when I realized that it was Maya.

She looked so pale and although I didn't touch her as yet her body let off a fowl odor that stopped me in my tracks.

She looked up at me with her black eyes then started walking over to me.

"Come with me child, I'll help you get to the one whom you love". She spoke in a sinister tone. I knew there and then that it wasn't Maya, so I quickly turned around and began running away from the Lady.

She let out a dead scream which cause me to stop and grab my ears. blood ran down my hands as my ears began to bleed, I fell to the ground holding my ears.

The lady walked off to me then bent down and touch my shoulder. I couldn't hear what she was saying because my ears when deft.

I opened my eyes to fine myself lying next to the lake waring nothing but my pants. I sat up then looked over into the water and my heart almost fell from my chest.

Maya body floated in the center of the lake as there was a bundle of bodies floating around her neither of them were decaying. She held a little bottle in her hand and she lay there with her arms crossed over her chest.

I got up then turned around and began running away from the lake not being able to hear anything.

I ran until I noticed some lights in the distance and as I got closer a house came into sight.

I ran over to the house then paused. Looking up I saw that it was the Simon's house and in front the door stood a little girl clutching a doll in her arm will singing a lullaby. She had long brown hair that hang down into her face and pale white skin, her fingers were bloody and she wore a dress that was dirty and thorn up.

"Come play with me". She said smiling then suddenly she was lifted up into the air and began making her way over to me.

I back away slowly then turned around to run when out of nowhere Maya appeared, she grabbed me by the hand and began pulling me away from the house. The little girl vanished as soon as Maya arrived, she seemed to be scared of her.

" why are you here Sam? Do you want to be like us". Maya yelled as she dragged me along the dark path. She seemed a bit scared.

"I was here because I taught the cursed  was over and I taught you were free". I said then drag my hand away from her, this caused her to stop and look at me.

" leave and never come back or I'll not save you the next time". She replied then suddenly she was lifted up into the air and vanished without a trace.

I noticed that Maya led me on the path to my house so I quickly ran room.

I hurried up to my room wet and tired.

My mind kept telling me that I was just living in the past but I knew for a fact that I wasn't, I knew that in order for mia to make it out alive I had to intervene, I had to point her in the direction that Maya went and hope for the best.

I  was sad and angry knowing that my girlfriend had given up her own life to save her family and friends and nothing came out of it. It was now my time to give up my own life whether mia wants my help or not.

I'll stop at nothing until  I'm either dead or missing, I of to help save the girl I love no matter what I'll stop at nothing until I know the fucking reason why.
