Mia's POV

I woke up in my room with a pain in my head. Sitting up I saw Kayla laying beside me. It was already dark outside and the last thing I remembered was something pulling my hands.

I got up off the bed and checked the time it was 6: 40 pm.

"What's happening to my head" I taught while putting on my bed slippers.

"Kayla let me take you to bed" I said while gently shaking her but she pushed my hands off and pull the sheets over her.

I smiled seeing that my little sister wanted to stay with me so I lied back down then hugged her while trying to go back to sleep.

The entire room was dark and had a funky smell. It smelled  like a dirty gym sock.

I sat back up and threw the sheet's over Kayla.

" I love you girl" I whispered while climbing out of bed. I walked over to where the scent was coming from but I saw nothing that could have caused such bad oder, so I continued to search thinking that something could have died in the corners. The place was in otter darkness and I couldn't find my flashlight.

I checked the time once more and it was 7:00 pm. My throat was very dry, I was literally dying for some cool water to quench my thirst.

I slowly walked over to my bedroom door and pulled it, the entire house was in darkness and without my flashlight I couldn't see anything. I had to leave Kayla in my room as I tried making it to the kitchen to get some water.

Walking and feeling in the darkness of my house I soon came to the stairs. Feeling the rails as if I was a blind person I managed to climb downstairs without falling.
I walked over to where the kitchen light switch was and turned it on by the light didn't come on.

" really" I said in a low tone while my body was trembling in fright.

I walked over to the fridge and opened it gently taking out a battle of water I hurriedly close the fridge and turned around.
In fright I dropped the battle of water because in front of me stood three small boys they all had a green looking substance dripping off of them. I couldn't move, my entire body became numb.

One of the little boy began to cry and the other two starting running around him reciting the same demonic poem.

"Demon's demon's run while you can. She'll find you and kill you and bake you in bread".

My lungs felt heavy and my legs couldn't move. " w what do you want?" I uttered but they just continued to run around each other while reciting the poem.

Suddenly I heard my mom voice coming from within the basement.

" Mia we're down here" the voice yelled. I managed to shake the numbness out of my legs then I ran to the basement door and pulled it.

"Don't go down there " a voice whispered from behind me, but I ignored it and ran down the stairs to find my mom.

The basement  was in complete darkness and I couldn't find any sign of my mother.

Searching the room I finally found a flashlight lying on the floor. I picked it up and test if  it was working and lucky me it was.

"Mom, mom where are you" I yelled trying to find her. I walked over to the breaker and tried turning the lights back on.

I flipped a switch and the entire house lit up,I smiled while turning around when my eyes made four with the same girl I saw before.

She looked at me with her black eyes then she started moving towards me.

"Get out, get out, get out" she continued saying this while moving closer to me.

I closed my eyes and began counting from 10  then open them but she was still there.

"Get out she replied again but this time she caused all the lights to go back out.

My heart skipped a beat as I was in complete darkness with something in front of me telling me to get out of the house...

" why should I leave" I yelled back at her causing her to stop.

She looked up at me with her sinister black eyes then a black  tear fell from her eyes.

"She's coming "she said then disappear.

I finally found the strength to move, I turned around and shined the flight behind me to see more than a hundred eyes looking at me from within the darkness.

I turned back around and started running back up the basement stairs. Just as I was about to reach the top the basement door slammed in my face. I tried opening it but it wouldn't budge.

I turned back around with my back to the door while shining the light. The eyes where getting closer.

I starting banging on the door.
" let me out please, I'll leave just let me out " I yelled when  suddenly the door flew open.

I ran out of the basement and saw the three boys still reciting the poem.

I ran up the stairs trying to reach my room, when out of nowhere a handsome boy stepped in front of me he was wearing an old-time suit and it was all torn up he had the same green liquid dripping from him also.

He looked at me with his black eyes then pointed to my room.

He tried opening his mouth but he couldn't.

" do you want me to leave also" I managed to asked, but he didn't answer.

He pointed again to my room then disappeared. "What's going on here" I spoke in a low tone.

I ran down to my room to find Kayla still fast asleep. Hurrying into to bed I pulled her close to me while hugging her tightly and covering both our heads with the sheet.

I could still heard the boy's voice outside my door as they cried and sang.

I couldn't sleep so I had to stay up the entire night hugging my little sister and praying for the sun to come out. I couldn't tell my parents this because they wouldn't believe me nor could I get them to move, So therefore I had to try to solve this mystery by myself or somehow find away to get out but I'll never let these spirits hurt my families.
