I walked up to the building with several people looking at me like I was a piece of meat. I had never been judged more in my life than now. I wasn't going to get like I was at my last school so I stud up proud as my inner wolf growled at those who were giving my funny looks.

I entered the hall way into the reception were a pale lady was sitting. "hi I am Ashlen a new student" I introduced myself as she looked up. "What are you?" She smiled. "Werewolf" I answered as she looked in her book. "Right you room is block 3 room 10. Here's your key" She handed the key to me as I walked to my room.

The students were split up into groups or cliques. Werewolves, Witches and Vampires. Each category had a class. Werewolves; pure, born and bitten in that order. Witches; White, Black and new also in that order but the white and black witches were treated as equals. Vampires; inherited, experienced and bitten all of them were equals.

I got to my room. It was small but felt like home as soon as I walked in. I shut the door behind me. The was a few sheets of paper which were my classes and maps of the school. I dumped my stuff on my bed. The was a wardrobe, cupboards for clothes and a bed. That was it, pretty basic but that's how I like it.

The was a knock at the door. "Come in" I answered. "Hey I am Cody" the voice replied as he entered."What can I do for you?" I smiled turning around."The is a order here and I feel like I must tell you before things get messy" He stared at me as if analysing me."Uh okay" I sat down on a wooden stool.

"Let's get started. Okay so are you bitten, born or pure?" he asked."Bitten" I answered as he sat on my bed. "Okay why did you get in here?" He asked." I shifted in front of some people and nearly killed someone" I answered again as Cody's face looked a bit worried.

"Right so that means your in the bottom category. Have you found your mate?" He questioned."What's that?" I asked."Only the one love of your life" He laughed."Well then no" I chukeled. "Guys who have mates are very protective over them so stay clear of women" He smiled. "Okay" I replied.

"Pure wolves are dicks so also stay away from them. Born are okay I guess depending. Bitten are new to this so they are like the bottom class and clueless" He replied expecting me to get angry but I was tired and didn't see the point."Thanks" I smiled as he headed for the door.

I was alone again in my room. I chosen to unpack my stuff. Today so much had been revealed like how I had a power hungry werewolf on my ass, mates and school category's. It was a lot to process but I had to for my sake. I knew that this wasn't going to be easy for me here.

I finally finished packing my stuff. I looked at my classes and the map. The room was all white, I didn't like it so I decided to go to the shop and buy some paint to brighten it up abit. I locked my room behind me and headed out.

I reached the shop to see Dickens. "Hey" I smiled happy to see a familiar face. "How you settling in?" He asked. "Okay I guess. It feels more homely than my last" I answered."Good to know. If you ever need me I am in the Vampire block" He reassured me."Wait your a vampire?!" I questioned."Yup I have been a vampire for nearly 200 years" he laughed as I joined in. "I better be off then bye" he walked off into the darkness.

I reached the shop to buy some paint. So many colours. Blue,red, green, orange, black. I picked red and green so I could mix it up abit. People stared at me. I felt slightly uncomfortable so I grabbed the paint and headed for the paying till.

"I haven't seen you around here before" the cashier smiled scanning my items. "Yeah I am new" I smiled back. she looked so beautiful with her brown bouncy hair with framed her brown eyes. "What are you?" She asked. "what are you?" I winked trying to play the mysterious card as I handed the cash. "It was nice meeting you..." I hoped for a name."Sera" She smiled as I grabbed my paint and headed out."Wait you didn't give me yours" She shouted after me."Ash" I smiled as I carried on walking.

I got back and painted my walls. I headed for bed trying to process information. Eventually I fell into a unwinding sleep which took me to another dimension where everything was right.
