Chapter 20

Disclaimer: I own nothing. Rick Riordan does.

The prophecy:

One shall venture alone,

Meets two more only to fall in the dome,

Encounter will, one who is lost,

But to win the war, find they must,

The one who's eyes show the storm,

Or in consequence flame be crushed,

The fire is lost as the land reforms,

Hope be left on the hopeless,

Rather than the world becomes breathless

----------

She looked down at the mortals, scoffing at their foolishness. Her plan was almost complete, and when it would be.... The prophecy would dance to her tunes this time, not theirs.

----------

They left Sally Jackson's house by car, and Will volunteered to drive. Nico called shotgun, so Leo and Percy sat in the backseat. As he drove, Nico muttered something in Italian, "Qualcosa è sbagliato."

During his time in Camp Half-Blood, Will had learnt Italian, which meant that he and Nico could talk in Italian.

Perché dovresti tradurre 'Sunshine' in italiano?"

He blushed as he stopped the car at a red light, "Shut up."

His boyfriend did not shut up, "Comunque, hai ragione. Potrebbe esserci una possibilità che la profezia sia iniziata, quindi è dannatamente meraviglioso. Ora, niente più discorsi deprimenti per favore."

Will chuckled, "Sure, whatever you say."

The light turned green, and soon enough, he could see Camp Half-Blood in the distance. He definitely saw a few cyclops, but he drove fast enough for them to give up attacking. That concerned Will. If monsters just didn't attack first upon seeing demigods, it meant they were waiting for something special to happen, or they could just have already been happy. Or... A cold feeling washed over him.

They could have been forced to do that. When he'd seen a few cyclops while he was driving, they looked like they wanted to attack. But it seemed as if someone was... controlling them.

They reached Camp Half-Blood, and got out of the car, parking it right outside of the borders.

"Neeks..." he began, "What if... Che cosa se qualcosa o qualcuno stava controllando i mostri?"

Nico seemed to understand what he meant. "Speriamo solo che quello che penso non sia vero."

Percy and Leo were in some sort of discussion, which was probably why one of them hadn't interrupted their conversation. They stopped once they reached.

"Isn't this the dramatic moment where Percy and I stare in awe and make some inspiring lines about home?" Leo asked.

Percy was about to answer but Nico interrupted him, "Seriously, there's no need for that."

"And no, Percy," Will said, "You're not here just for a visit. Nico's told your mom that you'll be taking a week off from school. You'll be stayin' at camp, and there's no excuses."

Percy rolled his eyes, but didn't object.

----------

Calypso dodged a wolf that leaped towards her, and sliced an arrow that had been headed towards her. She jumped onto a rock and stabbed another wolf that would've easily killed her.

"NO!" Yelled one of the hunters, before going into a rage and charging towards her.

"Fiona, stay back!" Ordered the lieutenant; Calypso remembered her as Thalia Grace.

The girl- Fiona- shot three arrows. Calypso acted fast. She started muttering an enchantment, dodged the first one, dropped her knife, grabbed the other two and quickly threw them both at the person behind the huntresses, her enchantment making them go faster than most people could comprehend; it went straight towards Artemis.

She barely managed to catch the arrows, "How unfortunate," said the goddess calmly, "Your sister, Zoë was my faithful lieutenant. And you, you dare challenge me?"

"First of all, you have no right to talk about my sister. Secondly, yes I dare challenge you, and you can shove your Tartarus-sized ego up your-"

A volley of arrows headed towards her. Before she could act, they all burnt up into bits. Everyone looked around in confusion, including her and Artemis.

The sun chariot literally landed in front of them. Artemis looked like she was going to whack Apollo upside the head, but something was different.

His eyes were glowing. And green.

A/N:

Anyway, so that's it for this chapter. I'm going to do the translations now (and yes I used google translate, so it's probably gonna be inaccurate).

As he drove, Nico muttered something in Italian, "Something's wrong."

During his time in Camp Half-Blood, Will had learnt Italian, which meant that he and Nico could talk in Italian.

"There's a reason Leo left like this, something that has to do with prophecy," Nico continued.

"I don't know, sunshine," He replied, "But I think the prophecy has begun. Maybe: I'm not sure. Leo and Percy are two people, which refers to the second line of the prophecy. But they haven't met who is mentioned in the first line. But I really have no idea. It could be a coincidence."

Nico snorted, "You speak terrible Italian, Solace. Why would you translate 'Sunshine' into Italian?"

He blushed as he stopped the car at a red light, "Shut up."

His boyfriend did not shut up, "Anyway, you are right. There may be a possibility that the prophecy has begun, so that's damn wonderful. Now, no more depressing talk please."

Or... They reached Camp Half-Blood, and got out of the car, parking it right outside of the borders.

"Neeks..." he began, "What if... What if something or someone was controlling the monsters?"

Nico seemed to understand what he meant. "Let's just hope what I think isn't true."

---

Yeah, so that's the translated version of their conversation. It's dumb, I know, but deal with it. And yes, I have a storyline planned. Also, sorry for the late update.

C ya, then!

"You're planning something. You've got that I'm-planning-something look."
