Wise words from a wise man: (Epilogue)

I am a human. You should know because I am sure you would be wondering how did he made his first trip to earth, how did he imagine it? I lived here and then one day someone whispered in my head...nah! just kidding. One day I woke in the desert near Flames of Vita. I was delirious and sacred like hell...but that is so not cool so I will leave it at that.

I finally found my way to Flames. I was the first outsider to cross the barriers since they never thought a powerless human would be there so there was no protection against one. But as I walked in, I knew that I was either insane or really lucky. Being me I decided to go for option second.

Ahem... that happened some few thousand years ago and I will not tell you the exact time since you guys might freak out.

I had a human name, Maxwell kellet. But somehow I had this name ignored and people started calling me Hermit.I mean come one. It's like forgetting your mother's name because all you call her is mother! Unfair to me!

I was marked like our Hero is, as a Sentinel. I was proud and worried. I was first of my kind and I had no idea why. In my human life, I was a dad to a two-year-old, an averagely good husband and not too genius teacher either. I was your average human being but for some reason, I was the Enlightor, hence the lantern on my arm.

I did come to know why I was chosen but that is a story for later.

First I have some serious problems I need to share:

Problem 1: Ayduin- the devilishly handsome, arrogant and cold prince of Elm Lenora.

I can sense the power of all living beings, all, yeah amazing but tiring too. Not so much fun! But Ayduin, his power attracted me. He had so much power that he glowed with it to a person who can sense power. I had never felt this kind of power pull in my existence which is really long.

I had to see what he was. He was strong even for an elf and had the sharpest of senses. But as powerful his aura was, there was something wrong with it. With my hard work and intellect (research and travel, I mean) I found out the reason for his tainted aura. He was cursed. I have seen many cursed souls and cured them but he was like AIDS, one without a cure.

But I was not called Enlightor for no reason, I found the cure it took years but I did.

Another human. Usually, earth and other dimensions do not mingle but then I was also a human.

Problem 2:

Aislin, she attracted me like Ayduin but not because of immense power but because of an unusual amount of darkness for a human she carried. I moved to Zaffrod for while to monitor her. And I realized the people around her died more than usual and each time the darkness thickened. Another cursed soul. Her aura was also tainted, more than Ayduin.

I decided to connect the two. Why? Don't ask a wise man for reasons, all he does is wise things. Ha! Well, I thought that both were unusual, both lured me in, both were cursed...why not connect them. So I gave them each an amulet, the bow and arrow charm.

Well, my idea worked obviously, it was my idea! But I realized it was for greater good, not only the girl melted away the barrier Ayduin had built but also with her connected, the aura of curse vanished around Ayduin. It became all pure.

Yeah, well you know, she was his cure and he was after all not AIDS!

But the girl was and her curse was terrible. It not only caused pain to her of not loving and if she did love the loss of loved one. This complicated matters that if she did fall in love with Ayduin, how will he live and without her also how would Ayduin live?

And then came the biggest, worst problem!

Problem 3: Darkmir aka Darkness personified.

Don't laugh. This is not absurd. He exists trust me and you don't want to encounter it, it is scary, fathomless and evil! But he was not a problem for obvious reasons of being evil and hell-bent on destroying Flames of Vita I was supposed to protect but because he caught the sniff of Aislin too.

Someone darkening up to my level, how dare they? Type of attention. He smelled her like a dog and followed her around.

Why was this a problem? It would be good if two dark people hooked up... but Aislin was not evil even with darkness around her.

And then he approached her, maybe he was too intrigued or maybe he wanted to test her potential...but when he did I realized that problem three was greatest...

Around him, Aislin lost the curse from her aura!

Like Aislin was the Cursebreaker to Ayduin, Darkmir was Cursebreaker to Aislin.

Wise words: Destiny, it follows its own path. We can try to alter it, try walking a different route but all our decision lead us where Destiny wants it! In others words, don't try to play matchmaker, the tragedy that occurs will be on you!

For now! As soon as this book reaches 25K I will be writing the second part for you. It will be fun since Ayduin and Aislin are in close proximity now xD

1. Wraths' Desire is on HOLD since I am suffering from severe writers' block when it comes to that book! I tried honestly but  I kept deleting it.
