AUTHOR'S NOTE:

Writing feels so foreign now. I can't even write author's note.

With the things I have been going through, I am really not able to write.

Today I got scared that I might completely lose my touch.

Many of you thought Jennifer was Varun. Can't a girl crash into a girl?

Those are accidents, not the work of the Cupid XD.

I only warned you for cheesy content not cliché scenes. This book might be cheesy but not cliché.

I am trying to write a different story.

Thenmozhi asked Jennifer about the shops in the city, best hospitals and the other basic things, that were to be noted when you move into a new city.

Next she came to the main thing. Thenmozhi asked with excitement, "Where can I find ice cream in this city?" For Thenmozhi this was the most important question as she was crazy for ice creams.

She could be seen eating ice cream more than reading books in the library.

She has been saying that if she learns to cook, then the first thing she will make is ice cream so that she doesn't have to travel to eat ice cream.

Jennifer said the location and then Thenmozhi gave her a list of the things which she had to buy.

Jennifer took her to a shop called 'Food court' where they sell groceries. Thenmozhi took her list and was busy picking up vegetables while Jennifer accompanied her.

Suddenly Thenmozhi slipped and fell into a pair of hands. Her face was so close to the guy who saved her. She was becoming more uncomfortable and it seemed as if he was in no mood to let her stand.

His face was not towards her but towards Jennifer who was shocked. Jennifer's face was pale. She turned around and started to walk away.

The guy who was holding Thenmozhi abruptly left her, making her fall on the ground and he ran behind Jennifer without saying even a sorry to Thenmozhi. She was helped to stand by a hand which lifted her up. She was throwing angry looks at the guy who was running behind Jennifer.

That guy stopped Jennifer by standing in front her and said, "Jen, I came here to talk to you." Jennifer stopped but still her eyes didn't meet his.

Her voice was cold, "What do you want Alan?" Her words made Alan more tensed and he ran his hand through his hair.

His voice showed his disappointment, "It was for you." Jennifer's face was now more confused than Thenmozhi's.

Alan continued after seeing her confused face, "I made that girl slip. It was for you so that I can save you and be your knight in shinning armour."

Jennifer smiled when she saw his face, which was like a child, but Alan was busy scolding himself that he didn't see her smile.

His disappointed voice made her smile, "In books and movies, boys crash into their lovable ones accurately even in crowded markets, but see my luck. I am bad in all these, Jen."

Jennifer was silent but Alan caught her hand and she heard his sincere voice, "I thought impressing girls would be easy but this is very hard. I can't do all this. Can we go straight to love?"

Alan was looking into her eyes. Her voice was like she was mesmerized, which could be true to a certain extend, "Will you at least do that correctly?"

His voice was dripping with his affection and love for her, "I will love you with all the cells in my body and if needed I will buy some cells and love you. I might not know how to impress you but I am very sure that I am an expert in love. I can make you feel like you are an angel."

Jennifer asked with curiosity, "What if you are bad in this too?"

She answered immediately after seeing his disappointed face, "What can I do other than teaching you how to? But you have to come on dates with me where I will teach you."

He chuckled and even Thenmozhi couldn't stop her smile. Alan replied, "I am ready to come to your room to learn too." Jennifer caught the hidden meaning in his words.

He was hinting kisses and everything he could get from her.

Jennifer pulled his ear, "Even if you don't know anything about impressing, how do you boys know this alone?"

Alan's face was so happy and his voice showed it, "I didn't have that talent by birth but when I fell in love, it came to me  naturally."

They were talking like this when Thenmozhi felt a little movement near her. She saw a guy coming towards her.  He was the one who helped her when she fell. He was more uncomfortable when he was standing near her.  He asked her, "Are you an Indian?" The voice belonged to Varun.

She nodded and then he asked, "Do you know what's rice?"

That question shocked her. Rice was very common in India but in this country it was very rare. That's why he had asked but she didn't understand that.

She tried to move but he stopped her and said, "I am not trying to flirt or something but I need a help."

She turned and his voice showed his embarrassment, "Can you help me buy rice?"
