Welcome to the RP. The way I'm going to create this is you choose your character (in the game) with the powers (in game) as well. Then you'll create your own character or your OC's.

To get this question aside (of choosing the character in the game.) I'm doing that just incase if at the beginning you wanted to encounter one of the characters and incase if you wanted the powers within the game.
