[Author's POV]
Cuphead and Mugman have been working at the Devil's Casino for a while know. Everything is good, everyone has forgiven each other... partly. And some good friendships have developed too. But something most of the casino residents have noticed, Mugman especially, is that something has grown between Cuphead and King Dice... something like love.....

[Cuphead's POV]
"Hey! *HIC!* Kid! Get us some *HIC!* more drinks!" A drunken customer slurred at the table I was serving. "I'm not a kid!!" I mumbled under my breath, before cheerily replying "Sure thing mr.!".

I mumbled faint curses, as I walked towards the bar, staring at my note pad at a long list of tables I needed to serve. I wasn't checking where I was going, until I bumped into someone's chest.

I looked from my notepad seeing my brother there, before we both said sorry. He was sipping some tea while leaning on a cleaned table.

"Aren't you suppose to be working?" I ask.
"Nah. On my break" he replied sipping the tea.
"Lucky! I have a whole list of orders" I groan, showing him my notepad.
"Hmm" he grunted "don't worry you can do it, your good at your job"
"Eh sure. Think whatever you want" I chuckled.
"Have you noticed yet?"
"Notice what?" I ask completely oblivious to whatever is going on right now.
"So you haven't? Isn't it obvious? You haven't noticed our boss staring at you all day? Especially very weirdly?" He asked with a 'seriously?' Look.

He nodded his head to the side, trying to act casual. I subtly directed my eyes to where my brother motioned to and saw my dice-headed boss staring at me with a smirk. When he noticed that I saw him, he winked at me.

My face immediately heated up and I quickly turned back to Mugs. "What the bloody hell was that!!" I whisper-yelled. "You haven't noticed? Seriously bro! He's been like that all day!" He said facepalming.
"I've been busy! Ok!?" I sighed, my face a blushing mess "Do you have any idea why our boss is staring at me like a perver-!" I was interrupted by the intercom coming on.

"*Can a Mr.Cuphead come to talent room #B? Immediately! Thank you.*" I recognized that voice all to well. And by the look Mugs was giving me, he had the same thoughts I did. My purple wearing boss has just asked me to join him in one of the most private rooms...

My brother gave me a sympathetic pat on the back and walked back to the bar. I gulped, gathered all my courage up and dragged my self to the room.

*TimeSkip😮*

I knocked gently on the door with a gold plastered tag on it that said 'Talent Room B'. I heard a muffled "Come in" before slowly opening the door.

The place was almost pitch dark, with only a single light shining over a piano in the centre of the room. Dice was no where to be seen.

I hesitantly walked in a few steps, me shaking and blushing, while playing with my fingers. A loud *BANG!* was heard, making me jump. Before I could check who slammed the door, I was abruptly harshly pushed against a wall.

"Oooof!" I grunted, moving my gaze to the person who has got me pinned. I gasped seeing the person I'd least expect to have locked me in this awkward pose.......Dice......

"Boss! What the bloody hel- mmmff!!" I was interrupted by the purple obsessed man slamming his lips onto mine. I was internally freaking out thinking 'WHAT THE HELL!? WHATS HE DOIN?!?! WHATS HAPPEN'N?!?! I....' My thoughts slowly drifted off, as my eyes closed and I kissed back, wrapping my arms around his neck.

After about a minute he pulled away and whispered "I love you", his green eyes glowing, with love.

I was so confused and my brain was just dead at this point that I didn't know what to say. So I just let my heart answer for me...

"I love you too"
