She honestly doesn't have a name yet, but Tainted_Terror made me think of the name Penelope, but I didn't wanna copy. I dunno what her name should be 0.0

Bio: She's 15 years old. Her third eye spots the next person's soul she has to harvest. She does that by getting her death scythe and... well.. Y'know. Stab, stab, shank, shank.
