Pacing around, I was nibbling on the end of my thumb as I did my best not to think of the worst.

I was worried, so so worried! It had been ten minutes since we all left, and Alyse hadn't come out! I wanted to go in and look for her, to make sure she was okay, but the police wouldn't let me.

I felt Mabel's hand on my shoulder, making me tense up a bit. "I-it's alright, V, she's alright..!"

"Yeah, I'm sure she'll walk out any second now.." Dipper added, both of them forcing on smiles, even though I could tell they were just as worried about her.

Snow fiddled with one of her pigtails. "I-I don't know, guys, she's been taking a long time now.."

"But this is Alyse we're talking about, she can handle it.."

"ALYSE!!!" We all jumped as Mabel yelled, running past us and over to a few of the nurses that had come over just incase, pushing a bed.

My eyes widened at the sight of Alyse on the bed, all of us running over. She didn't seem to have any physical wounds or cuts, but she was unconscious, her skin sickly pale.

Sh-she's gonna be okay, right..?!

There was an uncomfortable silence.

Again, I was pacing around, unable to sit or stand still as the panic in me. Mabel, Dipper, and Snow all sat on the chairs against the wall, with Leo leaning back beside them.

I haven't been to the hospital much, so I found it strange for me to be in such position.

That's when the door opened. Her older brother, who's name was Aiden, nodded for us to go inside, all of us walking in with no hesitation.

I felt a smile grow on my face as I saw Alyse sitting up on the bed, her usual smile on her face as she turned to us. "Hey guys..!"

Mabel was the first to wrap her in a hug, catching her a bit of guard as the rest of us laughed a bit at the scene.

I walked over to the other side, unable to hide the worry in my voice. "A-are you okay..? Anything bad happened, anything wrong..?!"

She let out a small giggle, leaning over and placing a soft kiss on my lips, making my face heat up. "No, I'm okay.. I just needed to recover my energy.."

I smiled, gently wrapping her in a hug. "You have no idea how worried I was.."

She snuggled against my neck. "I'm sorry for worrying you, but I'm just glad you're all okay.."

I pulled away when a strange atmosphere covered the room, a cold chill running down my spine. I looked up, shrinking as her older brother and sister, and their girlfriend and boyfriend glared daggers at me.

"U-Um...."

"Guys!" Alyse scolded at them. "Leave him alone."

Sage, as I had learn, sat beside Alyse, her arms around her as she growled under her breath. "My angel."

"Uh, okay.."

I think all of my blood left my body, because I turned ice cold at her words, my mind simply focusing on NOT DYING."

"Sage!" Alyse looked up at her with a smile glare, who simply rested her head on hers with a huff.

I gulped, hearing the others holding their laughter, making me shoot them a glare.

Alyse gently grabbed my hand, making my cheeks heat up a little. "Guys, this is my new boyfriend, Varian."

"H-hi..."

"And he's a really nice guy, so please don't kill him."

"We make no promises yet." Her sister Iv replied, Noah cracking his knuckles, all of them glaring at me.

I feel like a bug under a foot right now.

Snow walked over to be beside me. "So how are you feeling..?"

"I feel.. good, actually..! I think I know how I can fix the forest, it might take me a while though.."

Mabel wrapped her in another hug. "We need to celebrate!! Party at my house, next week!!"

We all looked at each other, smiles on our faces, and Alyse let out a small giggle. "Let's do it!"
