There was a smile on my face as I walked through the forest back to my house.

Varian and I were a thing now, and it made me really happy..!

Even so, there was still certain thoughts in the back of my mind. About my powers, about my.. curse..

I needed a place to go, not home yet..

...

I knew where..

It didn't take me long to walk over, seeing the single pink cherry blossom tree that grew from the ground on top of a small hill, along with the two graves underneath. There were a few flowers surrounding the place, which we had placed over time.

I sat on the ground. My siblings had buried our parents under this tree many years ago. Most people would find this disturbing, maybe even creepy, but to me? It honestly brought comfort.

There was guidance, an understanding in the winds, as if their spirits were one with nature, and even after all this time, they still watched over us.

A heavy sigh escaped my lips as I stared up at the cherry blossom petals that fell around the place. It was such a peaceful little place.

"... Mom..? Dad..? I wish I could've learned this from you and not from a vision, heh.."

I know they couldn't hear me, I know I might seem crazy..

But with all that's happened, this is the one place where I can speak what I feel..

"So much has happened in these few months.. I started high school, I made some great friends, I even made a rival on accident.." I chuckled a bit at the memory, my expression soon falling.

"... I've also been getting these nightmares, and.. I've learned learned more about my powers.. I-I think I'm the reason that all these events have been happening; the earthquakes, the decays, and I don't know how to stop it before it gets too out of hand.."

I looked up at the tree, seeing the beautiful pink leaves falling all around me.

It was a good sign this tree still stood, right..?

With another sigh, I stood back up. "A-Anyways, thanks for listening, heh.."

What I wish for the most..? That's an easy question, I'd like to see my parents for at least a minute..

But if that were to happen, well, I don't know..

I believe everything happens for a reason, as bad as the situation may seem, everything gets better with time.

But for now.. I just need some time for myself..

Surprisingly enough, last night I had no nightmares, which I didn't know if it was a good or bad thing.

Taking a book out of my locker, I saw Varian walking over, a small growing on my face. "Hey..!"

"Hey Al.. You doing okay..?"

"Mhm..!"

He leaned over, placing a soft kiss on my cheek, making me grow pink. "That's good.."

I couldn't help the dorky smile that was on my face, Varian was always so sweet!

However, we were both startled when we heard a loud scream. I was already thinking the worst, when I was suddenly tackled into a hug by Mabel, who had a wide smile on her face. "M-Mabel?!"

"Why didn't you tell me?!?"

"Tell you what?!"

She pulled away, still holding my shoulders. "Duh!!! That you and Varian are a thing?!?"

Both Varian and I turned all shades of red in the face, stumbling on our words as we tried to explain. The others soon ran over, Dipper being the first to speak. "Sorry! We tried to stop her!"

Leo pulled her away from me, picking her up in his arms. "Alright, that's enough from you."

"But- but- ship!!! I need to know!!!"

"It only just happened yesterday after school.." Varian explained, to which I nodded in agreement.

"Well we're all very happy for both of you..!" Snow said with a warm smile.

"Especially Mabel, as seen." Dipper rolled his eyes, Mabel's smile only growing.

I snickered, thinking of all of us.

We were all so different in so many ways, yet we all got along so well, even if it hasn't been that long since the school year started.

It made me happy to know I had them as friends.

One of them as more than that.

However, my thoughts were soon changed as a sudden cold entered the halls, forcing me to hug myself.

I noticed everyone else felt it this time, rubbing their own arms for warmth. Mabel was still being carried by Leo, but was now snuggled against his chest to keep warm. "W-who turned to AC to Arctic levels?!"

"A-air conditioners aren't m-meant to go this cold!" Dipper pointed out.

Some of the students were already at the exits, but to everyone's surprise, a strange black muck had started forming around the doors.

I already recognized this.. It was the same thing that was happening in the forest..!

"Don't worry, people." I heard someone speak, making me turn to see Diana glaring daggers at me. "I'm sure your school hero can fix this, can't she?!"

Everyone's eyes were now glued to me, expecting me to say or do something.

I don't know, I don't know what this is!

I don't know how to stop it!

Growing colder at the panic that was rising inside me, I felt Varian's arms around me, looking up and seeing him giving me a warm smile, though his eyes determined.

"Don't worry, we'll find a way out of here.."
