Iv ran threw the halls, trying to use as little energy as she could. As long as the others were safe, she'd be fine.

Savanna was nowhere in sight either, had she been working for Ashley all this time? Or maybe she was captured, or escaped beforehand.

She didn't know.

There was one room, one that was all too familiar. It sent chills down her spine. Iv bawled her hands into fists, letting out a heavy sigh before entering.

Cold air filled the room, her glare not leaving her face. "I know you're here, Ashley."

A giggle echoed in the room, making Iv let out a small growl. The dark mist stuck together, where Ashley walked out from. Her glare only deepened at the sight, she had caused so much pain already.

"Why are you still here, Ivangelys?"

"Let's say I have some unfinished business with you." A fireball formed in her hands, throwing it at her enemy.

Ashley avoided it with ease as another giggle escaped her lips. "Ah, you were always a stubborn one."

"Takes one to know one."

"Aw." A shock of electricity coursed through the floor, causing Iv to barely avoid it as a smirk grew on Ashley's face. "You flatter me."

Though Iv was already tired, and Ashley clearly had the upper hand, both of them put up a rough fight. At one point, she pushed Iv harshly against some broken tanks with a dark blue orb.

Iv sat up, grunting at the pain from all the wounds and bruises. Her eyes then landed at the end of the room, where one lava-filled talk stood. Memories zoomed through her mind as she got an idea.

"Poor sad Ivangelys.." She said as she made her way to her cousin, a wide smirk on her face. "So tired, broken, scared.."

Iv tried to sit up, only for Ashley to place a foot on her side, pushing her back down. "You keep thinking you can do these things all alone, yet you continue to put everyone in danger.."

She stayed quiet, her eyes shifting up to the tank. With one last fireball, she pushed Ashley off, running over breaking the tank.

A sharp gasp escaped her lips as the lava began to fall all over her.

Powerful..

Iv gripped her head. When this happened, she easily lost control of herself, she couldn't let it happen again.

Her hands grew pitch black as the orange vine-like lines came back. As she turned to look at Ashley, her vision became more blurry with each second that past, her body trembling a little.

Ashley's smile only grew wider as Iv bared her teeth. "I'm not going down that easily.."

They fought for a long time, both of them growing exhausted. The fight was forced through more rooms as they broke through walls, rubble covering most of the exits.

This was getting nowhere..

Iv's eyes suddenly landing on a switch with the radiation symbol, just above a strong metal crate.

'That could help..'

Just when Ashley was about to shoot an orb, Iv harshly kicked her leg, burning her skin and forcing her to fall down. She then ran over to the switch, grabbing the handle.

Ashley tried to pull her leg out of the boulders, glowing a dark blue as she tried to spell herself out. However, her eyes suddenly grew wide as Iv placed a hand on the switch. "Don't!!!"

Iv turned to look at, for the first time in forever, Ashley's terrified expression. "Don't pull that lever!!!"

Her glare only deepened, her hand slowly melting it. "You mean.. this lever..?"

Ashley bares her teeth in anger. "You pull that lever, and we both die in here!!!"

Iv bit her lip in thought. Of course she wanted to live more.. She wanted to see her family again, her friends.. There were still so many things she hasn't done..

But.. if Ashley continued to do as she pleased, then.. no one would be able to do anything..

"If it means taking you down, then.. I'm willing to risk it.."

"NO-"

Pulling the lever, an alarm suddenly played throughout the whole building. It wasn't long until a thick green-ish smoke covered everywhere, and she could see Ashley coughing as she struggled to get the oxygen she needed.

Iv could feel her lungs slowly getting weaker, starting to burn at the lack of air. Her back presses against the wall, slightly melting it as she slid down and sat on the ground.

Ashley tried to struggle, but she soon stopped moving. She let out a tiny forced chuckle at the sight, her vision becoming blurry.

'I guess this is it for me..' She thought, her eyes slowly closing.
