ANYWAYS
When you have mild depression, and feel like you don't play a part in the world, but don't have any suicidal thoughts or actions or anything like that (you can see the smol tears if you zoom in), you get a Monochrome Soul.

The transition into a Monochrome Soul from a... happy... healthy soul, is actually a lot less disturbing than all the others. The soul maintains the same shape, it just becomes colorless and dark. It is like when you loose the innocence of childhood. Only all over again. And you have depression. Isn't that great?

The effects are actually not horrible (besides depression). You just loose a random amount of magic power. Some monochrome sould have actually lost ALL of their natural magic power!

The most disturbing transition would probably be the Anger Drive, by the way. Just saying.

If you wind up in a REALLY bad depression (kinda obvious in pic), well....

Your fate was sealed with the first scream.

Black Orbs prevent ANY AND ALL use of magic power, because it absorbs your energy really quick. You have practically a week to live. No wait. Your lucky if you get that much
