Tara's POV

It had been a quiet, peaceful day all morning leading Into the afternoon. I was currently resting on a rock next to Owen outside of the pack den. Owen's ears kept flickering around and I could tell he was on high alert. I was too on alert but was a bit more relaxed then him. I watched our pack members lay about on the green, long grass, most were casually talking but some were dozing off. I noticed Cassie and Emma were gone, most likely still on their afternoon patrol run.
I rest my head down upon my paws, relaxing slightly as my eyes closed. The afternoon sun beamed down on the area around us, casting a warmth among everyone that was laying In the sun. I was starting to fall asleep. My breathing was evening out and I could feel myself slowly drift Into a light sleep. I felt Owen's tail curl around mine as he was still awake and alert.
A low howl was heard and two sets of frantic, fast paced paws were coming our way. My head shot up as my eyes opened, running Into the clearing was Cassie and Emma, both looked panicked. "Alpha! Beta!" Cassie frantically barked as she skidded to a halt In front of us, Owen and I both stood up. "Bl-Blood Moon Pack wolves are at the edge of our t-territory! And they don't look friendly!" Emma stammered, a low growl escaped my lips as I looked to my pack. "Everyone In the den now! Get to high ground!" I ordered before jumping off the rock and running towards the den, followed by Owen and the others of our pack. "I want everyone to stay In a group of two, Angel, Travis, take Kitty with you two!" Angel and Travis nodded, guiding Kitty as fast as they could to their den which was up on higher ground. Each den for each Pack member In their large den was on high ground, to get to the higher ground you need to go through a tunnel. Cassie and Emma hurriedly ran up a tunnel to the right and Owen and I went left, up to our dens.
I watched as everyone disappeared Into smaller dens, Owen nudged me Into my den before following In behind me. "If what Emma and Cassie say are true, we could be In big trouble Owen. You and I both know for a fact that the Blood Moon Pack Is not a pack to be messed with." I rambled as I paced back and forth. "They have a bigger number of wolves then ours, we could easily be killed off!" Owen walked up to me and nudged me, using his weight to knock me over onto my side, not with the Intention of hurting me. He laid down and placed his head onto my side. "Calm down, I'm sure we'll be able to get through this." I sighed, my ears pinned back against my skull as I looked to he wall of my den. "I hope you're right Owen, I really do..." I whispered, looking back to Owen and licking his ear. He lifted his head and looked me In the eyes. "When have I ever been wrong?" He asked softly and I smiled. "True, honestly I think you should've ended up as alpha and not me." I mumbled, Owen huffed. "You make a great alpha, don't doubt yourself."
Our quiet chatter soon faded Into a comfortable silence as I got up from laying on my side and curled up against Owen, my eyes focusing on the entrance of my den. The whole cave had gone dead silent, It was haunting and unnerving. The fur on my back was bristling, this wasn't normal and I didn't like It. Owen seemed to notice my uneasiness and the dead silent eeriness of the pack cave.
The repetitive sound of claws clicking against the stone below of the cave floor, echoed across the walls. I knew for a fact this wasn't any of my pack members. I seemed to hold my breath as the clicking of the claws seemed to pace back and forth, the clicking disappeared before the sound reappeared. They were on the second level of the cave...
A loud yelp echoed throughout the cave and a howl. "Emma!" Cried a familiar voice, Cassie. My guess was Emma had been found by the wolf and dragged out forcefully. Maniacal laughter echoed as a thud happened, Indicating someone had been knocked out. "If you want your patrol member back, I suggest you meet us by the river of your territory~!" Called an unfamiliar voice, It was a male. The cave went dead silent again, I stood up and hesitantly creeped towards the entrance of my den.
You want to know what that was?
A bad mistake.
Why?
Because a wolf I did not recognize rammed Into my side at full force, knocking me over. I growled and got to my paws, facing the wolf which I noticed was a white and dark grey male. The male lunged at me, tackling me to the ground. He used his weight to keep me pinned. I noticed Owen In the corner of my eye, Owen snarled and lunged at the male, knocking him off of me and the two went rolling.
Owen jumped to his paws and bit the male on the snout, his fur bristling. Another canine came up and tackled me, It was a tan husky with a black collar on. It snarled and pinned me to the ground. I kicked It In the stomach with my hind legs, sending It flying backwards. I scrambled to my paws only to have the husky lunge at me again. It latched onto my shoulder, sinking It's canines Into the flesh. I yelped out In pain, grasping the huskies hind leg and biting It. The husky yelped and let me go as I threw It to the ground. The white and grey wolf snarled In anger seeing the husky Injured, It took Owen by the scruff and rammed his head against the cave wall, knocking him out before lunging for me. The wolf rammed Into me, forcefully pinning me down In a fit of rage. It's teeth were bared and so were mine as I used my front legs to push against his chest to try and get him off of me. He grabbed me by my neck and tossed me Into the cave wall. I yelped out as I slid down, my vision was getting blurry and was fading In and out. The wolf was now In front of me, snarling as my eyes closed and I passed out.
I could only hope the others were okay.

Travis' POV

A tan wolf had lunged at me, I growled and dodged It's attack before lunging at It. I had told Angel to run off with Kitty a while ago. Damn I hope they're okay. A loud yelp echoed off the cave walls, distracting me since I recognized It. Alpha Tara! While I was distracted the tan wolf managed to pin me down finally and had bitten Into my foreleg. I held back a yelp and snapped at the wolves muzzle In an attempt to get It off of me. The Wolf didn't budge, only tightening It's grip as It snarled at me. I bit the wolf's leg, jerking my head back, I tore a chunk of flesh from It's leg. It yelped In pain, releasing my leg, giving me the time to throw myself at It and pin It below me.
The wolf growled and snapped at my muzzle, I bit It's nose, making blood drizzle down In droplets. It yelped loudly, pawing at my face to get me to let go. I let It go, another Impact threw me off the tan wolf, It was a dark grey wolf. It picked me up and rammed me against the ground, knocking me out.

Timeskip
Tara's POV

I woke up, my body ached and so did my head. I straggled to my paws, trying to get my vision to clear up. Once my vision cleared, I realized all of my other pack members were here. Where were we? I looked around and noticed we were In a small den that seemed to be heavily guarded and had bones as bars. Creepy. I heard a shuffle beside me, looking over I saw Cassie waking up. Cassie opened her eyes. "A-Alpha?" She whispered, sitting up slowly. "What happened Cassie?" I asked, walking over to her. "I- I don't know, I ran off after Emma was kidnapped, trying to find her but that ended up In me getting ambushed and knocked out by a blackish blue wolf..." Cassie muttered, shaking her head to rid of dizziness. "Everyone's here..." Cassie whispered, noticing the whole pack was stuck ain't he same, small den. "Yep, seems we've become prisoner to the most vicious pack of all Canada." I muttered, realizing what Pack had taken us prisoner. "You don't mean...?" Cassie asked. "Yes, I do Cassie."
