Mei

After carrying the boy to my room I had sat him in the bathroom. He was soaking wet and the water had managed to get through some of my robes as well. I was now looking for some clothes for him, which were the smallest I had.

I went back in the bathing room, Anubis close behind me. I start to take off the clothes he was wearing, trying really hard to fight the blush creeping in my face. It was hard since I was attracted to men.

But damn he was an angel.

I sighed and took note of how he changed. His hair was a darker shade of red, not as dark as mine though. His skin looked like a human's now and his wings were no longer out.

I brush my hand against his cheek and he coos in his sleep.

Gaa!! Mei! Focus!!!!

I wipe him off to the best of my abilities, since he kept squirming in his sleep and when I was about to put the robe on him he opened his eyes.

Those pretty ruby colored eyes.

He blinks for a few times and stretches. I pray to every god out there to hold in my sanity.

"Nein...?" He chirps and I blink.

"Huh?"

"Nein!" He says happily and wrapps his arms around my neck.

Ah, the gods hate me.

Nein~" he says nuzzling his nose in my neck.

"Is that your name?" I ask patting his head. He pulls away and looks confused.

"Nein...?"

I mentally facepalmed. He probably doesn't understand a word I'm saying. I sigh and help him up and into the clothes I got him.

Anubis kept sniffing at him after that and now the boy was sitting on my bed. I watch as he pets Anubis and let out a sigh.

I stiffen a bit at the sound of his stomach. My god it could rival Anu's!! He rubs his stomach and looks at me with those pretty ruby eyes of his and I sigh abit. I peek out my door and into the hallway to see if anyone was out, and nope.

"Alright," I grab his hand. "We'll have to be very quiet, okay?" The only response I get is when he walks up to me and buries his head in my chest and sniffs. I blush a bit and look at Anubis. "Stay here Anu." I command and pull the boy out in the hallway. 

I pulled him to the kitchen, peeking inside first to see if any maids were in before walking in. I give him a bowl. "Hold this." I say and he looks at it before puting it on his head as if it were a hat. I chuckle and shake my head. "Hold it." I say and put it in his hands.

He holds it like I showed him and I began to grab some fruit and put it in the bowl. I take it from him hold it with one hand and take his in the other and make our way back to my room.

"M-M-" He tries to say.

"Mei" I say pointing at me. "MIEN!" He shouts and I laugh nervously, well at least he did better than last time. "M-Mei" I say sounding it out for him.

"MEI!" He shouts and I shush him and nod. He smiles happily and points at Anubis. "MEI!" 

I shake my  head. "That's Anubis." He looks at me and furrows his brows.  "Mei..?" I shake my head again.

"A-nu-bis." I said sounding it out. He tilts his cute head to the side. "R-rubiss" I chuckle a bit. At least he was trying.

I stiffen when there's a knock on the door and stand up. "Y-yes?" I call out and the boy blinks up at me.

"It's me. Kuei. Are you alright brother?" My sister asks from the door and I gulp a bit.

The boy gets up and tries to make his way to the door but before he opens it my sister slides the door open.

"Who is this?" She asks and studies him. "Kuei, close the door please!"

She steps in and closes the door behind her. She cups his face and tilts it side to side.

"He's a cute little thing Mei. Is this why you're always in your room?" She says while smiling. I blush furiously. "N-no! I found him in the garden. Please do not tell mother or father." I pleaded. She blinks and nods.

"What's your name Honey?" She asks.

"Nein!" He shouts. I sigh. "He doesn't have a name." I say. Then I tell her everything that has happen so far.

When I'm done she only states at me before getting up. "I'll be back." She says.
