"Are you okay with this?" I ask him, rubbing my thumb against his cheek. He hums and tilts his head to the side.

"If we don't we won't see each other anymore, not to mention the war." He says, narrowing his eyes. "Although Ugo did say we won't probably know each other in the next world." His voice was getting lower with each passing word. He leans into my touch and closes his eyes.

"So we are going to help them? Solomon and the humans?" He nods, eyes still closed. "The majority of the dragons are already on his side. Including Paimon and Amon. The rest are fighting with that woman.' He hisses and I instantly feel his hatred run across my body. I lick my lips and continue to look at him. "Then we'll agree." A small smile comes on to his face and he opens his now lavender eyes which turned to slits. "Alright then, let's kill them and be on with it."

He turns his back toward me and stops. "Leraje?" I ask. He sighs. "If we do meet in that world, take care of me?"

"Of course."

"Give me a name too?"

"Sure, but you'll have to do the same." He let's out a him and walks forward and I follow suit. "Your name will be Mei."

Mei

My eyes flutter open and I have an unbearable headache. My head was literally ringing on the inside. And the sunlight from outside wasn't helping.I blink a bit and sit up slowly before turning my head to look around my room. My papers and scrolls seemed to be in the same places they were.

A shift to my side made me look over to look at Leraje. Just what in the hell had he done to me? I let out a sigh since I knew I couldn't stay mad at him for long, especially when he looks adorable sleeping like that. I can actually feel my face heat up just looking at him like this. I poke his cheek and he lets out a small noise.

Just when I was just about to draw my hand away his eyes snap open. I felt my breath hitch in my throat as this happened because something seemed off.

Its like he didn't have that innocent air around him anymore. Not only that but his eyes were a darker shade of that ruby color of his. He licks his lips and blinks a few times before quietly sitting up. That's when I realized he was naked. I quickly cover him with the sheets and he tilts his head to the side.

"Dantalion. Why are you covering me up? You said you always wanted me naked." He drawled out, yawning. I took note of how deep his voice had gotten as well.

Right now I'm just staring at him in shock.

He looks at me and a small smile graces his face. "Ah, you didn't get all your memories back I see." He whispers and I saw a hint of sadness in his eyes. I didn't know why but it kind of sent a pang through my heart.

He then chuckles. "Neh, you made yourself look kind of cute, I'll give you points for that but I prefer the sexy you better."

I blink. "What?" I deadpanned. He lets out a giggle. "Like I said, you didn't get your memories back, no wonder why you're still acting like this." He muttered. Then he stretched and I had to look away since he was still naked.

"Mei do you see my clothes?" I had to shiver at the way my name rolled off his tongue. I look to the floor and saw the discarded clothing and gave it to him.

"You can look now."

I turn and look at him and he still looks the same as always, just with a new glint in his eyes.

"I bet you want an explanation huh?" He asks me while looking off to the side. I nod, not sure what to say about this situation.

"Well~. Ugo said that it would be better to let the memories come to us if we ever got in a situation like this. He said that forcing the memories to come will put a strain on the mind and hurt us."

He then looks away and walks over to the book Kuei had given us. "This will probably make it better to explain." He says and I walk over to him, looking over his shoulder. He didn't seem bothered at all by my presence, if anything he leaned back into me. He flips through the pages and hums a bit.

He stops on one page. "First of all, this," he points at the picture, "is Dantalion." I look at the picture. Even though it was worn out I could still see a few details. Me and the figure did have a few similarities.

"I think your sister said something about us being guardians of humans?"

I nod.

"Ah, well that's true. We actually fought along side the humans to defeat......." He stops and shakes his head.

"As I said before the memories need to come to you..." He says with a pout.

I huff. "Okay then, in the meantime I guess that we still need to keep you hidded. Since no one knows about toy except my sister." I muttered. He looks at me and begins to play with my hair. I don't even know if he heard anything I just said.

He continues to play with my hair, braiding it and combing his fingers through it. I had taken a seat on my bed and he was behind be, doing whatever to my hair. He would occasionally hum and giggle. I was beginning to doze off until he stopped. I turn around just to see his whole appearance had changed. He looked exactly the way I had found him that day, the site was actually breath taking.

He chuckles and kisses my cheek. "I wanted to see if it was easy to change in this kind of environment." He says and changes back.
