"Who was he?" Adrian asks Crystal as she rush to her room, but someone stops Adrian.

"Boss, clothes" Warren reminds Adrian who groans as he grabs the pants Warren passes while he hurries and follows Crystal.

"Cry" Adrian calls as he walks in her room.

"We will be late for the crowning ceremony"

"Was he your..." Adrian starts but stops.

"We will be late" Crystal shouts at him.

"Cry" Adrian whispers as he steps closer to her.

"No, please, no" she shakes her head not wanting his arms around her, as the one whose arms she wants does not want her.

"But he is a human" Adrian points and Crystal stares at him in disbelief.

"And you shifted right in front of him and his sister, you scared them even more"

"Humans have always been scared of us"

"Because none of us gave them assurance that we too have a heart, because for men like you fear is the only factor that matters" she shouts at him before turning her back as she makes her way to the mirror.

"Go stand out of the room and wait for me there"

"Cry"

"As soon as I am done with this stupid, stupid, ceremony that I so wanted I am going back to my mate and mend things" she cries wiping her tears.

"You will not leave the palace"

"And you are nothing but a mere guard who cannot command me" she snaps.

"Your powers will be at high point and it's dangerous to be near any human"

"Then I will go back tomorrow"

"You..."

"I will go back to him, Adrian, I will always go back to him. I have to. He is angry, scared and confused, I should have explained, handled this situation better and now it's a mess, but I will mend it...

He is a very calm man, he will hear me out, he has to" she starts to babble making Adrian sigh.

"Is he the one you wanted me to meet?" Adrian asks and Crystal tilts her head to stare at him for a moment before nodding a yes.

"Yes, but with better circumstances, with better everything. You would have loved him and his sister, he is..." she stops as more tears runs down her eyes.

"I love him Ad, I cannot live without him" she cries as Adrian walks to pull her in his arms.

"You feel so now, but trust me, you can live without him. You will move on, you have to" he sighs and Crystal stares at his face.

"I don't want a tragic ending with my mate, Ad"

"But tonight, this is the end you will have. I will send someone to help you" he wipes her tears before walking out of the room.

"What's this all about?" Warren asks as Adrian walks out.

"As soon as the crown is on her head, send a team to the village"

"What...why?" Warren frowns.

"Crystal does not deserve a tragic ending, is that a reason enough?" Adrian growls as he disappears through a door.

"Brother" Darwin greets Diego who frowns as he stares at his brother.

"I see, free food and you go anywhere uninvited" Diego jabs and Darwin grin at his twin.

"Good news I already had dinner, a virgin" he shows his fangs and Diego rolls his eyes.

"Ah, of course. How can I forget anything to do with maturity, and you cannot handle it, so virgins are all you have" Diego smiles and Darwin narrows his eyes as he moves closer to his brother.

"Your son needs to leave the mature ones for us to feed on"

"Men" Aura interrupts the brothers.

"Sister" Darwin greets the woman and as he goes to kiss Aura's cheek, Diego with his speed pulls his mate and puts a vase close to Darwin lips to kiss it.

"Enjoy" Diego nods while Darwin has murder written all over his face for his brother.

"And you blame me for all the naughtiness Dante has in him" Aura laughs as they walk away from her mate's twin.

"I found him" Aura's laugh dies as she hears those words from her mate's mouth.

"Goddammit, Darwin" Diego curses as he and his mate reaches Connor's house.

"Oh my" Aura whispers as she stares at the mess the house was in before her eyes lands on the girl.

"Diego" she calls.

"Check the girl, I need to see to the boy" Diego replies as he hurries towards where Connor was laying.

"His pulses are weak" Diego murmurs but the words reach his mate's ears.

"Her heart is beating but it's very weak" Aura replies to her mate.

"How do you know it was Darwin?" Aura asks as she hurries to grabs a cloth.

"This man's scent is all over his goons" Diego points as he tears Connor's shirt checking on the marks.

"Sucked him dry" Diego mutters before he bites his own wrists and lets the drop of blood heal the wound of Connor's neck.

"Diego" Aura calls and the man turns his head to stare at his mate who points at the table where there was a cake.

"Fuck" he curses as he eyes the girl in his mate's arms.

"She will not make it if we don't do something" Aura worries.

"I cannot help sire both of them" he points and his mate's eyes widens.

"Sire?"

"Aura" he calls and she shakes her head no.

"You cannot sire anyone, Diego, you know that" she worries as she tries to go to her mate but the girl in her arms sighs and that little breath from the girl stops Aura.

"If I was dead, would you have survived, mate?" Diego asks his mate who looks away from the little girl to Connor and then to her mate.

"But you cannot sire anyone" Aura reminds him the ugly truth of their mating.

"I am not, I am just helping my brother complete his task" he grins and Aura sighs.

"Hurry" she urges as she looks back at the girl in her arms before she summons her wings to cover herself and the girl while her mate completes the task.

Diego touches the mark on Connor's neck before he grabs Connor's mouth and puts his opened wrists letting the blood enter Connor's mouth and then body. Within few seconds he feels Connor's mouth and then Connor's teeth sucking the blood out of Diego's wrists.

"I will have to take him away from here, he will crave more" Diego states as he pulls his hand out of Connor's mouth before he picks up Connor.

"The girl" Aura reminds her mate who stops at the door with Connor's body in his arms.

"I cannot take care of both of them, mate. She is your decision" Diego leaves Aura with the girl as he hurries to take Connor out of the village and as far away from the living beings as possible.

Aura once again stares at the girl who was holding to this world with a small thread. Wiping the blood away from her face she tries to clean the girl as much as possible.

"Are you an Angel?" Des whispers as she flutters her eyes opens and Aura smiles.

"Aura" she replies and the girl smiles happily seeing such a beautiful smile.

"Am I dead?" Des asks while Aura try to clean the blood from Des body as fast as possible with her magic.

"No"

"Connie?" Des asks as she tries to turn her head but cries in pain.

"Don't move, I am just trying to make it less painful for you" Aura reminds her.

"Am I going to heaven or hell?" the little girl asks as she stares at the wings.

"Is there any other place you wish to go?" Aura asks instead as Des sighs in relief when she feels her pain fading away.

"It's my birthday, today" Des mutters and Aura glances at the cake on the table.

"I did not get to taste Chrissie's cake or blow the candles and make my wish" Des words brings Aura's attention back to the girl.

"You are an angel; can you grant my wishes?" Des asks and Aura smiles staring at the girl who wanted her last wish so she cannot help but say yes.

"And whose wish am I granting?" Aura asks the girl.

"Destiny, Connie calls me Des"

"Destiny" Aura whispers the name in the air as she chants a prayer for the girl.

"Your wish my little Destiny" Aura asks and the girl raises her hand to touch Aura's wings.

"My wish is to have three wishes" Destiny asks and Aura's eyes widens before she laughs.

"It's sad how my Dante could not meet you, you are a clever one" Aura smiles before she grants the wish.

"Okay, my clever, little Destiny, what are you wishes?"

"My first wish, any kind that is not human, who takes over this land will always have a human, as his or her wife or husband, by his or her side, to have a balance between our kinds, so no more blood will be shed and no more fear of life will remain..." Aura's eyes widens once again at what the girl was asking for.

"My second wish, the blood running within the Queen will be like a poison to her own kind, the blood, because of which, they talked to my brother with degrading words, and pointed the difference in our status, will always be different until love equalizes it, then only shall that blood be a boon to their kind"

"Rise" the guard shouts as he opens the door for Crystal to walk in.

"Princess Crystal" the man shouts as Crystal walks inside the room and the men and women stands watching her walking in while her eyes stares at the throne in front of her, sitting on top, above everyone else.

Walking few steps on the stairs she touches the throne lightly with her fingers before she turns to face everyone. The priest starts the ceremony but Crystal blanks out as her minds is full of worry.

"All of us are gathered here not just to crown Princess Crystal as our new Queen, but to support and show our loyalty to the Royal family which has ruled upon us for centuries. All the head of each clan, pack, groups, please stand up and show your consent for this ceremony" the priest orders and each leader, Alpha and head of the group stands up with their hands raised summoning their powers before it all joins in as one.

A smoke like figure forms as all the four groups summon their powers and it moves on top of the Crystal's head before a crown of smoke forms above her head, the crown made of smoke stays on top of her head as few of the witches starts their magical chanting.

A thunder rumbles above the castle and just as the chant stops the smoke crown turns solid and the lightning strikes on it startling everyone, the solidified crown easily drops on top of Crystal's head.

Crystal's eyes brighten red just like her hair as the surge of power enters her body and she clench her fist, when her eyes opens and lands on the people inside of the room, all of them cannot help but stand up and bow their head towards their Queen.

"Hail Queen Crystal" the guard shouts before the men and women in the room follows the chant.

"My final wish is to see my brother happy, to see nothing but happiness surrounding him, giving him what he deserves, nothing but love and respect"

Connor finds himself laying on the ground, so getting up he looks around, he feels jumpy and agitated, why, he does not know but something makes him look at the sky and he remembers.

"Destiny" he whispers as he starts to run only to stop realizing his speed but the thought of his sister makes him use the speed and reach his home.

Panic fills him as worry for his sister eats him up. He tries to walk but stops as different smell hits him, he sniffs around for the source of the scent and before he knows her hears the sound of the beating hearts and the pulse of the veins.

He feels confused when all of a sudden, his teeth starts to grow, his instinct shouts at him to grab the nearby villager and suck their blood. And that thought should have made him want to puke but it appeals him. Turning around, covering his nose and mouth as he hurries away before he does something unforgivable.

Rushing towards a nearby barn, he opens the door, and slams it with his back to the door trying to calm himself, but when the horse peeks his head out his feels his teeth grow once again, gulping down he shakes his head trying to fight the urge but he fails.

The horse start make sounds as Connor tries to fight his urge to drain the own horse, he walks away from the door, as the horse starts to panic sensing the change in Connor, who tries to calm the horse.

Just as he moves away from the door, it opens and a girl walks in.

"Connor, oh my God, what are you doing here? And uh, what happened and why are you covered in blood?" the girl asks and Connor eyes turns black as his control snaps, moving with his speed he slams the girl on the barn's wall and looks for the vein to suck her blood.

The girl loses her consciousness, with the hit and slums down, while the horse hits it's door loudly which startles Connor, he steps away from the girl who falls down on the ground, seeing the girl unconscious and laying on the ground Connor gets scared as he stares at his bloodied hands, his eyes lands on the horse. Pushing his hands through his hair Connor runs out of the barn, away, far away from his village.

He does not know where he runs off to but he knows he cannot go back and something has changed in him, something was wrong with him. He stops running and grips his neck with both his hands not understanding what this sudden thirst was for.

And just as he thinks about it, he senses something move so turning around he finds rabbit and without a second thought he hunts it down.

Connor shakes his head a bit, looking around him, he finds dead rabbits, staring at his hand his eyes widens seeing all the blood, he gulps but stops before opening his mouth and touching his teeth that feels like fangs.

He looks around as he senses something moving and his eyes once again widens in surprise when he sees clearly even in the dark.

"What?" he whispers when he stands still to feel each and everything around him.

"No...no" he whispers as he rubs his bloodied hands on his pants as if to erase the evidence of what he had done, what he has become.

Having no clue of what was going he cannot help but feel frustrated as he stares up in the sky and screams a loud all of his frustration, just as the thunder strikes on the ground.

"My final wish is to see my brother happy, to see nothing but happiness surrounding him, giving him what he deserves, nothing but love and respect. I just want to see my brother's happ..." Des stops, as she slums in Aura's arms, lifelessly.

"I, Aura, from the house of Angel's grant Destiny's wishes, the words that echoed through my ears, the meaning that touched my heart, the letters that is now engraved in my soul....

This very land I am on with this girl's body in my arm shall never be ruled by any kind if there is no human by its side...

The blood which became the reason for this girl's early demise will forever be a curse until it is equalized by the true love...

And I also grant her final wish to see her brother's happiness..." Aura smiles as she closes Destiny's eyes with her hand before she whispers.

"With her own two eyes, you shall be reincarnated by dear, your mind that is so clear, your heart that is so innocent, your soul that is so pure, it shall see this world to its best, if not just to see your brother's happiness but also to end the curse you created, until then rest, my dear, you shall not go to heaven or hell, but to the place you desire" Aura finishes as a loud thunder rumbles atop the house and a lightning strikes on the roof of house burning it along with it.

Note: Well, I have tried really hard to not mess the story and to those who have read the Affection series, I am sorry if there are any confusion, because I have edited the Chapters related to Connor and Crystal story about how they met and stuff were explained, trying to match up with this.

Because between me and you, we both know touching past is pain in the ass and I happen to do that a lot and I have been trying to mend it ever since, but have failed little less terribly.

Because of all of this, I have not updated any new books or even touched Blue, because Crystal needs to be done and I am hoping I can put a completed words on the side of this book so I can be free to dance around with other characters no matter how Hot I imagine Connor is.

So, please if there is any confusion between this book and others related to it and if it makes no sense do inform me through commenting on it or my messaging me or putting out loud and proud in my wall.

Hope none of us will be greedy to go backwards on the books I may write in future.

But good news, I am so full on excited to wrote on Dante and Jean's story, Rom and Ana, Gio and Engel. I know, I know, its all words no action or I am being a bad author but these characters out of anyone needs justice to be done because I was such a horrible person to cut their storyline short.

Because you will love Ana and Rom, because it's heartbreaking and no book is good until it has best break up scene where you cry and want a fake boy friend so you can repeat the exact line these characters share.

Of course, not talking about Dante, because we will love him in anyways, he comes as for Jean, many of you may have mixed POV on her, but what can I say, she is the most straight forward clear-cut woman you will ever hopefully see. You will come to have mixed feels for sure.

And Gio and Engel, well...our Gio deserves a story book is all I can say, because none of you know Engel much, I cannot comment on about it, truthfully, I don't even know how Engel is, but we will both discover it.

I know, I know I am a very umm....kind of person.
