Evelyn's POV

     I sighed, sitting on the boat to the Ianthe region. I looked out over the water, to see if I could spot any Pokemon. I noticed a Mantyke swimming close to the boat and I smiled softly. I stood up, heading to the room they gave me till the boat ride was done.

I heard someone shout that we were at Ianthe region, and I sat up on my bed. I quietly grabbed my things, and headed off the boat, seeing The Academy in the distance. I quietly gripped my bags as I walked off the boat heading towards The Academy, having a neutral look on my face.

I knocked on the door to The Academy, and a man greeted me there. "Follow me to your dorm.. Then you'll take your test on what Pokemon Type you will train." He said leading me towards the left side of the building. He opened the door to my dorm, and I realized it only had one bed and was bare. "Tomorrow is decorating day to make the room yours.. Since you'll be staying here awhile." He said. "Oh and you don't share." He added on. I nodded walking in silently and closed the door. "I'll get you in a few moments." He called from outside. I gave a nod to myself, and started unpacking.

I heard a knock at the door, and a call, "Time to meet your fellow participants and take the quiz!" He called. I groaned internally, the quiz I'd been dreading is here. I stood up, rubbing my hands on my jeans, and walked out silently. "Nice to see you, now come come, we can't dawdle." He said leading me away.

After many twists and turns we made it to a large auditorium. I looked around seeing many kids my age and I huffed to myself, going towards a farther back corner. "Why do I even have to be here..?" I muttered to myself in annoyance. I watched as the 'Principal' walked up to the podium where a microphone sat.

After everyone had entered the man turned on the microphone. "Hello everybody I am the head of The Academy, Professor Acacia." He said. I rolled my eyes silently, still annoyed this place existed. "Now.. I have a few rules here.." He continued, "Rule one.. Don't disrespect your adults or anyone for that matter, Rule Two.. Only train the Pokemon type the quiz assigns you.. And the newest rule.. No training multiple types after graduation! Lovely, right?" He finished. I shook my head silently and muttered under my breath, "They suck, dung-head.." The professor looked around, and joyfully said, "Now time for the Quiz, be honest kids or you'll be cheating!" I rolled my eyes once again looking down to the quiz. "Arceus save me.." I muttered.
