I promise I'll try not to go full Twilight on this...

Y/n's POV

I looked around my new room. Me and my folks just moved into a new town, with new people, and a new school.

"Y/n how do you like your room?" Mom asked as she walked into the room.

"It's nice I guess." I put a box down, and sit on my bed.

"I know the move was hard for you, but just think about all the new friends you'll have." Mom gives me a hug, and leaves.

Does she really think I can make a friend here? I didn't at any of my old schools. Mom and dad promised that this was the last move, but I'm not so sure.

I looked out my bedroom window to see two kids next door playing in a sandbox.

Hmm must be nice to have siblings. (Sorry if you do...)

I went downstairs, and grabbed some more boxes. "Hey." I turned around to see s girl with long g blonde hair and blue eyes. "I'm Cathy." She greets.

"Hi I'm Y/n." I tell her.

"I would like to say welcome to the neighborhood." She tells me, and then starts skipping off to nextdoor.

"Um thanks?" I walked back into my house, and up to my room.

Next day because Author-chan is to busy watching Yandere simulator videos....

I looked at my class schedule.

First period: math
Second period: English
Third period: gym
Lunch
Fourth period: history
Fifth period: biology

Well isn't this going to be a long day. I walked into my math class, and handed the teacher a note saying I was new. They nodded, and told me to sit in the back.

I did as I was told, and tried paying attention to teacher. Someone kept staring at me so I got a little irritated. "What?" I hissed at the person.

"You want to join the school newspaper?" The person asked in a monotone voice.

I looked at the person to see a girl with glasses, short curly brown hair, pale skin, and was wearing blue jeans, a red flannel shirt, and a Yuri!!! On Ice T-shirt. A camera was hanging around her neck. "Uh maybe..." I trailed off.

"I'm Jessica by the way." She tells me.

"I'm Y/n." I replied.

"If you need to know anything about anyone just come, and ask me." She states. "You can find me in the choir room or the newspaper office."

"Okay?" I questioned, and looked back at the front of the room.

The teacher moved something away from the board to reveal some weird symbols. "Who wrote this on the board?" They asked, and everyone but me looked at Jessica. "Ms. Verona what did I say about writing on the board in Chinese?"

Jessica stood up. "It's Korean sir." She sat back down.

"Do you mind telling us what it says?" He asked her.

"It can be translated to 'Go to hell' sir." She replied.

Later

I sat down at a random lunch table. I had no one to speak to during my other classes. I literally have no friends, no one to sit with, and no one at all....

"Ew move loser." A girl pushes a teen guy away from her. The boy had short wavy brown hair, dressed in a dark blue shirt, and khakis. He leaves the cafeteria covered with pasta from when that girl pushed him.

I got up, and followed him out of the room. He kept walking and walking until he finally walked into a classroom. Above the door had the words

Newspaper Office

I walked in myself, and saw Jessica talking to the boy. Both of them look at me. "Oh hey Y/n this is Blake."

Blake waved at me. "Hey I saw what that girl did to you."

Blake rolls his eyes. Jessica looks at Blake. "Blake was it Molly again?"

"Yeah." He muttered, and walked over to a shelf, and took a stack of papers.

"Who?" I asked.

"Molly C/l/n. She's the meanest girl in schedule." Blake answered as he placed the stack of papers on Jessica's desk.

"She started school here two years ago with her younger brother C/n. I'm pretty sure they're vampires." Jessica states.

"Really? Why do you keep saying that?" Blake asked her.

"What? It really explains a lot!" Jessica protests. "They're really pale, wear dark clothes, never eat during lunch, and when it's really sunny the always stay in the shadows."

"You just described yourself." Blake told her.

"Uhhhhhhhh..." Jessica was at lost of words.

I laugh a little, and walk out of the room. I hear the two fighting still. I kept walking around the school until I accidentally bumped into someone. I turn to them. "Oh sorry."

"It's alright." I saw the guy in front of me. He had c/h/c hair, and c/e/c eyes. "I'm C/n by the way."

"Y/n." I replied.
