Quirks/Powers:
•Fire- She can create really hot fires, but they won't harm her or anyone she's protecting. The weakness to this, if she uses it for too long, she can cause herself to burn into ash. Fire is very dangerous to use for long periods of time.
•Wind- She can create really large gusts of wind, in order to blow her opponents away. It is very handy to have this as a power, except for her weakness- if she uses this too long, it can cause her to lose her breath and fall unconscious.

Back story: Eleanor was born to Augustus and Emmaline Leake, two of the most feared villains in history. When Leora was young, she swore to be a hero and face off against her parents one day. She went to the BHA, made lots of friends and became the hero she was meant to be. She knew one day, she'd be strong enough to face off against her parents and win.
