Laura's P.O.V.
When we arrived back at Shigure's house, dinner was ready. Half way thought dinner, Yuki looks up and and begins to speak.

"Laura, can you tell us about how you and Ash meet."

"Okay." I replied.

*Flashback*

"Laura!" My mother called. "Breakfast is ready."

I walked downstairs to the kitchen. My mother had everything set up so I just sat down.

"So Laura, which Pokemon are you going to get from Professor Sycamore?" My mom asked.

"I haven't decided yet." I replied.

Once I finished breakfast, I grabbed my bag and headed out.

"Bye mom!" I shouted.

She waved goodbye and I began my way to Lumiose City. On my way I heard a voice.

"Hi Ash, ready to go!" Shouted the voice.

It was that obnoxious little brat, Serena, my neighbor. I continued to walk, ignoring her.

I looked down at the sidewalk and thought about my mom. Will she be okay when I'm gone. Next week is my birthday and I was turning sixteen, and I wanted to be with my mom, but my dad always wished for me to be a Pokemon trainer.

"Bump"

"Ouch!" I said

I looked up and I saw a boy with black hair, a blue jacket, jeans, green gloves, a hat and a friendly Pikachu. Right next to him was that stupid brat Serena.

"Huh." the boy said. "I'm sorry was I in your way?" He asked. "I shouldn't have stopped anyway." He continued.

"Oh No. It's Okay." I replied.

"Anyways, I'm Ash." He kindly said and took his hand out of his pocket to shake mine.

"I'm Laura." I said. "Oh and I'm going to Lumiose City. Is there a faster route. I asked politely. He nodded and walked me to there. The whole time Serena had her arms crossed and glared at me.

*Flashback over*
"It seems like Serena doesn't like you. " Kyo exclaimed.

"Yah. I think she had a crush on him or something." I answered.

"So did you go on a journey with him." Tohru asked. I sat there confused. Did she mean love journey or Pokemon journey, I thought. Well it's about Pokemon so I think she means that.

"Yes, that's how we became friends. I got a Fennekin for my starter and we began our journey. I don't know what happened to Serena, but I think she got jealous of me and Ash being friends."
"So what else did you and Ash do."
Tohru continued.

"Well this one time we went to a restaurant with Clement and Bonnie and Ash ordered Pikachu for dinner a bottle of ketchup."

Everyone giggled. I think everyone likes hearing stories about my past, and Tohru sometimes tells memories of her mom when Tohru was a kid.

After that dinner was over and I took a shower and went to bed peacefully.
