Crossed between worlds- A Minecraft story
Prolouge
I was walking through the mystic lands of Minecraft, when just about anything out of the ordinary could happen.
I'm Steve, by the way. I don't really know how I got here, but I know it is my job to protect all Minecraftian things-the players that get on here. I make sure they enjoy their stay, but I never know where they disappear to.
All of a sudden, I saw one of my pig friends walking towards a hole. My eyes widen. That's not any hole; that's a end hole! I ran over and knocked the pig out of the way. He squealed and I went flying down further into the skies.
I felt my health slowly melt away, and welcomed death. But I knew I would respawn. When I respawned, instead of waking up in a house of a village I built, I was looking into the possessed eyes of my brother.
"Hello, brother," he said coldly. "What brings you here?"
"Herobrine," I said.
Herobrine is my evil twin brother. He has all of the same features as me, except for his piercing glowing eyes. My eyes are deep blue. All my brother does is goes and tortures the other players.
"What do you want?"
"Oh, I just need you to help me with my little project," he said.
He pointed to a portal. "Have you ever wondered where the players disappear to?"
I didn't dared speak.
"Well, they disappear to the Other World. I need you to help me test it out. Are you willing?"
I glared at him. "Never," I shot.
"Would this change your mind?" he asked.
He opened a cage and pulled out a baby ocelot. The baby ocelot was struggling around, desperately mewing. I shouted and tried to grab the baby.
"No, no, no!" Herobrine said, waving his pointer finger at me. "That's not the point. You go in the portal, I let the baby ocelot go."
The ocelot continued to struggle.
"And if you don't," he revealed a cage with a family of ocelots over molten lava. "The baby ocelot goes, and so does its family.
The ocelot's mother cried out to the baby. I can't let the ocelots die. I can't do such a cruel thing. I lowered my head and sighed.
"Fine," I said. "'ll go."
Herobrine smiled. "I thought so," he said.
"Now off you go," he said and pushed me in.
White light blinded me and everything was gone.
