Percy POV

I sat on the beach. I could feel the cool sea breeze against my face, the sand beneath my toes.

 You could see the sunset dipping beneath the sea. 

I started fiddling with Riptide. What if she didn't come? What if she said no? I pushed back the thoughts. She would come. I knew it in my heart.

"Hey Seaweed Brain." I heard a voice behind say. I turned around and grinned. I stood up walking over to Annabeth, giving her a kiss on the cheek. 

"Wise Girl," I said back.

We sat on the beach with a blanket around our shoulders. Just enjoying each others warmth.

"Do you ever think we'll get a break?" she asked.

I snorted. "Whats a break?" Annabeth punched my shoulder playfully.

"You know what I mean," she replied, then snuggled up to me.

Soon it was dark. The stars were coming out.

I looked at at Annabeth and grinned. She grinned back.

"Bob says hello," We told the stars.

"We should probably start heading back," Annabeth said getting up.

"Yeah,"

My heart was pounding. Should I do it now?

Yes.

Now.

"Annabeth wait!" I said as she was starting to walk away.

She turned back around. "What?"

I walked up to and got down on my knee and pulled out the ring.

"Will you, Annabeth Chase, the love of my life marry me?"

She put her hands to her mouth. You could see tears pooling in her eyes.

"Yes!" She exclaimed and jumped on me.

I slid the ring on her finger.

I was going to marry the one and only,

Annabeth Chase.

AND THATS A WRAP OF THE FIRST CHAPTERRRR!!!!! I know I know. Very short. BUT PERCABETH. S Q U E A L!!!!!!!! WE NEED SUM PERCABABIES. *coughs*. I just need to warn you guys that upates wont be frequent and the chapters might not be very long.
