Its been three days since the college fest ended but kaira was still hanging between all those feelings and memories of her college fest. Some were.... confusing, sad , bitter and some were....memorable, happy, overwhelming.

But that day Kaira was very buzzy and fully charged with energy . There was something she needed to do. There was something very important to her which she had to fulfill ,which she had do accomplish. Because might be.. might be it would be her last memorable moments of her life with her family and Cloud.

She sighed and composed herself.

She decided she left all her miseries, anxiety aside and she would poured herself totally into it.

She grabbed her mobile and called her friends. She invited them home for their help because she couldn't prepare the whole surprise party all by herself, so she needed help.

Also because she weren't allowed to go outside as her parents were out of city to attending an urgent meeting and strictly told her that she can't go anywhere until they come back.

Kaira took a glance over the wall

Clock was ticking 11: 20 am, she exhaled a quick breath after finishing moping and cleaning.

"Ohh my god!"

"No matter how much I try to fast, endly I'm running out of time"

"Oh my God.. they all maybe comming soon"

There was a complete silence inside home. Because June , Lane and Jhonathan all of them had already gone to their offices. And Archer went somewhere, he didn't tell her and Cloud was taking a nap in his room. So only Edward left whom kaira wanted to leave.

Well Edward knew Cloud was there with her for any help but still he didn't want. But Kaira was forcefully making him go because... Because she couldn't do any preparation in his presence.

Kaira was pushing Edward's back and tried to make him out of his room.

"I said.. go Edward ". Kaira demanded.

"Where? Why ?" Edward was confused.

"University". Kaira said.

"No! But hye, why the hell are you throwing me even from my own room". Edward groaned.

Kaira gritted......"Ughh!..Edward"

She crossed her hand over her chest and stood on his door, closed the way.

"I said go Edward. Lily is waiting"

"Hye! she is my girlfriend so how do you know?" Edward questioned annoyingly.

Kaira glared him......"You know what because you are so irritating one and that's why, I guess, she called me"

"So just go Edward, I have to do other works, I can't stand here the whole day. Got that ". kaira said tapping her feet on the floor in frustration

Edward found something fishy, he was staring back at her in disbelief....."Kaira since when you become a liar "

Kaira again began to push his back with her full strength towards the main door.

"Y..you m.m.must knowww. A lie with gooood reason is n..n.not a lie because th..that lie is gooood lie. Sooo you can q.quooote 'No harm lie'. Gooot it".

Finally she pushed him out of the house. She wave a hand innocently and then dramatically said in her sweet, mellow voice with a smile across her face......"So byeee! Have a good day Edward "

And slammed the door close on his face .

She jogged over the stairs upto her room , she quickly grabbed a pair of blue genes and a tank top from the closest . She stromed inside the bathroom and took a quick hot shower.

She formed a bun instead free falling hair. But still there were hairs falling down on her face and neck which only enhancing her beauty even more. She took a look in the mirror and finally walked to the kitchen.

The sound of her footsteps were echoing against the wooden floor.

She had to prepare some snacks and desserts for her freinds.

She was swiftly walking around in the kitchen and gathering things from here and there through different shelfs and fridge on kitchens board. She was totally consumed in her work. She was humming her favorite song, she couldn't cook without singing.

"Heart beats fast
Colors and promises

She put the gloves on and opened the oven and brought out pastries full hot tray and settled it on the board.

She was leaning down on board, decorating pastries with cream, fruits and cherries, she kept humming the song.

Suddenly she felt a breath fanning on her neck and she jumped out on her place with a squeale.

It was Cloud who was standing behind him with a cheeky smile

Kaira put her hand on her chest she was badly heaving with fear......"Ohhhh my god! What are doing, you make me dead hell scared Cloud".

"I'm so sorry, If I'm scared you. I didn't want, I was just woke up by these heavenly smells flowing around the entire house. I got curious, wanted to know what you were doing in the kitchen. So I was behind you and looking down". He softly laughed

Cloud surprisingly said ."Well I didn't know, you have such a sweet voice and whatever you are humming was really good. Sounds like a melody was ringing in my ears"

"Thanks". Kaira sheepishly smiled

"You..you drew hearts on your pastries ". He broke into a fit of laughter

"So.. what's wrong, it's not funny....Ohhh whom I'm talking". She defend.

She rolled her eyes..... "Well you boys never understand..every girl like these type of stuffs"

He give a smirk and extended his hand....."Let me check how good your heart is".

Hmmmm....so delicious, he ate another one and then grabbed another one".

"Hye Stop! Don't eat now, later with everyone". Kaira lightly swat his hand.

"Nope". Cloud shook his head.

And grabbed some more pastries.

Kaira smirk and looked over the bowl, filled with cream for icing the cake which she was making for tomorrow's party......"If you don't then.."

Cloud was still buzzy in chewing mouthful of delicious pastries...."Nophhhh"

A humor sparked in her mind to punish him and she placed cream on his cheek......"hahaha.. Ohhhh.. my...hahaha....you look cutie pie Cloud..Ohhh....".

He dropped all pastries on the tray......."Woah!..What you..j..."

"You shouldn't do Kaira, now you have to pay". He bit his lips and looked at Kaira with a big smirk

He hovered over her, he held her waist and flip her away and grabbed the bowl .

With a squeale Kaira began running around the kitchen with huge smile.

He was chasing her around the kitchen table.

"you can't run away from me Kaira " He grinned.

Kaira running around table left and right.... "Really! Awwww.. I don't think so....Prince Cloud"

As she tried to run out of the kitchen he caught her, she tried to defense but he was so strong for her. He held both her hands with his one hand and from other one he placed the cream on her cheeks

"Ughh! Cloud". Kaira shouted

He laughed out loud...."Ohh my god..kaira you..hahaha..y..you.."

Kaira shouted with fury...."how dare you Cloud. My face..ughh"

"Kaira you shouldn't challenge me on the first place ". He chuckled

She quickly again held the bowl and with her evil smile..... "Ohhh! Really!".

"Kaira..No..don't kaira". He said.

"Why? She smirked

She started throwing cream on him.

"What are doing kaira". He shouted surprisingly.

He dodged but she didn't stop.

"I told you kaira stop". Cloud worned.

"Nope". Kaira giggled.

He ran to the living room and both of them were running around the couch. Suddenly she got slipped and bowl fell on the floor and she was also about to touched the floor but in time Cloud caught her and they both fell on the couch.

They both were laughing like insane people. Slowly they stopped when they looked straight into each other eyes. Kaira gasped when she realized herself below him.

Cloud reached out his hand and ran a finger over her cheek with a soft caress. His touch was sending shiver through her spine and with every passing miliseconds her heartbeats were going high. She was not confused or scared. She loved him and knew he is the one for her.

Cloud was completely fantasized with her, her touch sent electrifying jolt through him. His breathe was getting high with every seconds. He leaned down and kissed her cheek causing a cold shiver in her body. He chuckled against her cheek, he looked back into her eyes, said......"You are beautiful kaira" and asking for her permission to kiss her and she didn't Defy him, her heart was overwhelmed with his words.

He just wanted to touch those soft  lips and wanted to know what he really felt for her. Kaira was feeling like thousands of butterflies were wildly running in her stomach. Cloud looked at her lips and was slowly leaning. She closed her eyes and he was about to kiss her but....

Doorbell rang.

They both jumped out the couch by a sudden ringing sound. Her face turned red and Cloud was awkwardly looking far and scratching his back of neck.

Kaira rushed towards the door and opened it with a flick.

Her freinds were standing in front of her and all looking weirdly at her. Derek and Jenny began to laugh loudly and Jennifer with her wide eyes asked......."Kaira what the hell is this, why are you covered with....with cream and why is your face flushed red "

They walked inside her house and gasped when they saw Cloud there. Then she explained them he was living with her family.

"Now I got it". Jennifer winked her

Kaira blinked....."W...what"

"Nothing". Jennifer smirked

She didn't want to tease her so she left it. They all sat around couch, they were all talking , craking jokes and tasting her delicious snacks, pastries and discussed about how to organize the surprise party.

Jennifer asked her about Archer.

Kaira told that he was out for some work.

"Ohhh". Jennifer seemed little  sad

Kaira left them behind in living room and again she was in the kitchen alone, she dropped plates and tray in the sink.

Everything was going so good to believe . It was really hard to for her to believe .

She leaned against the kitchen table, closed her eyes and tried to sink in all the happy moments and everything she was breathing .

But one thing was odd.

She thought. "wander why Archer left all of sudden ? And why he didn't come yet?"

All of sudden she felt a dreadful feeling like something was not going right. A kind of fear clouded her thoughts . Like she was not able to see a wild disasterous strome which was hidden behind the serene shimmery air. She closed her eyes and wished her instinct proved her wrong.

She Jarked all these thoughts away and walked back towards the living room.
