Laf's POV

I internally scream.. YESSSSSSSS! I FINALLY GOT OUT OF FAYETTE!! 

I walk further in the plane, I mastered the pregnant woman walk, heels were harsh, poor women. I sigh as I sit on my assigned seat, next to (luckily) two nice-looking grown-ups, they both had rings on so I suspected a honeymoon, they were holding hands. The male was on the window, the female in the middle seat, so I got the aisle seat, the woman gives me a deathening glance, sees my belly and smiles. weird

I sigh again and try to sleep.

I open my eyes and yawn, the couple beside me are sleeping.

"We are arriving our destination is 5 minutes, put your seatbelts on and have a lovely stay in New York." A male monotone voice said, coming from a speaker right above me. I look at the couple, they were still asleep. I realized how handsome the man was, he had short light brown hair, like no muscle, peachy skin and a striped shirt. The girl leaning on him had long brown hair, the same peachy skin and an indigo streak laid perfectly on her head.

"Hey, you two, we're landing soon, wake up!" I say patting the girl's shoulder, she opens her eyes slowly, then she looks at me a little startled.

"Go wake up that dude, we're gonna land soon," I say, pointing at the dude.

"Ehem, he's my husband, pay some respect," She says angrily.

"Hey, he could have been your stepbrother going out with his boyfriend for all I know," I respond, half as angry as this lady.

"My brother's not gay, now shut up," She says, venom in her voice.

"Well sorry," I mumble a little sarcastic. The angry woman wakes up her husband.

"Attention all passengers, we are landing in one minute, please stay seated and have your seatbelt on," The monotone voice says, the instructions continue:

"If your child or children are near you, buckle them up, if your child is a demon, just call us and you will see the move 'gone with the wind'" I start to laugh, but not in my Professional Woman Voice™️. So the couple looks at me weird.

"Are you even a girl?" She asks me.

"I am gender fluid, today I am a They/Them, so no." Say flatly (He's Gender-Fluid in this peoplz!)

"Ugh, you're so overly complicated," She says.

"Zoey, that's not nice, they are just going somewhere, like us." The man says. He seems kind, he even said 'they' :D

"Sorry about my wife, I'm Evan, Evan Hansen," Evan says, I shake his hand, smiling.

"Thank you for calling me the right pronouns, I'm Lafayette," I say (in my Professional Woman Voice™️) 

"Nice to meet you," Evan says.

"Attention all passengers, stay seated, we have a demon child." The monotone voice says.

That was the end of the preview, should I continue this book? You'll have about one chapter of either this or Mist (The Island in the Mist) so should I write this?
