Really amazing start.

The main character is really likeable and understanding, which is something that's hard to achieve.

I found the confrontation with Katy a little too soon since Lissa has only just moved into the place and she's already picking fights. I don't know - it doesn't seem to fit her personality.

Apart from that, nothing else to say. Brilliant :)
