Despite her cold, calculating exterior, Kei harbors deep-rooted trauma from losing her biological mother at a young age, a wound she masks with her obsession for control.

When her father was assassinated under mysterious circumstances, Kei inherited half of the criminal empire, setting her on a path of revenge and ruthlessness. She is constantly torn between the duty to her family and her desire to protect Ignis, though the two sisters clash frequently.

Backstory:
Ignis had a rough upbringing. Her mother was a wild, free-spirited woman involved in various criminal enterprises, and Ignis was exposed to the darker side of life early on. When her mother married Kei's father, Ignis was thrust into a more organized world of crime but struggled to fit in.

After the death of her mother in a gang-related incident, Ignis channeled her grief into a desire for revenge, becoming known for her explosive temper and fearlessness in battle. Her fiery personality often puts her at odds with Kei, and while they share a deep bond, their methods couldn't be more different. Ignis inherited her mother's side of the criminal syndicate, bringing her into a power struggle not only with rival factions but also with Kei herself.

The story opens with the death of their father, the undisputed leader of a powerful mafia syndicate, leaving Kei and Ignis to deal with both the internal family power struggle and external enemies threatening to tear apart their empire. Though they are bound by blood and the legacy of their family, the step-sisters could not be more different in their approach to ruling.
