Monster of the Andes

Pedro was born on October 8th 1948.

He grew up in a poor home with an abusive mom that worked for prostitution and dad an abusive dad. He had 12 siblings. As a kid, he was good, but he still got in trouble a lot.

When he was eight his mother kicked him out of his own house because allegedly he was caught fondling with his younger sister. He joined a gang after he got kicked out.

An American couple adopted him when he was 10 and put him in a foster school where he got sexually assaulted by his teacher at 12 years old. He ran away from the family.

When he was 21 he got arrested for grand theft auto and in jail he was raped by at least two men. He ended up killing both of the men. That's when his killing spree started.

His father got killed and his mother got sick and died; Pedro sold some of her stuff to street people.

His crimes started in 1969.

He served 14 years and was released on good behavior.

In 1998 he was declared sane.

In 1994 when he was let go, he got arrested an hour later for being an illegal immigrant and ended up getting charged for a 12 year old murder.

He needed up being declared insane and sent to a Psychiatric center.

Pedro got charged for killing 110 girls but he admitted to killing and raping over 300.

The police unearthed 57 bodies when a flash flood came through and revealed some of the graves.

Pedro would often stab or strangle his victims. He went for girls between 9-12.

One of his signatures was putting. 3-4 bodies in one grave and also playing tea parties with the post mortem bodies.

He would often find the children on busy streets, luring them off of the streets and taking them with him.

Pedro molested one person and attempted to kidnap 2 little girls.

Pedro has not been seen since his last arrest in 2002. He would be 73 today. He is wanted.
