---Cross' POV----

I blinked, looking out over the seven kids sat round my feet looking up at me expectantly. "What?"

Moonlight whined, clinging to my leg. "We're all hunnnggrrryyyyy..."

I winced before groaning and walking into the kitchen, with Moonlight still attached to my leg.

All of them streamed after me, whispering excited nonsense to themselves. Blue and Dust's kid seem to have situated themselves with Horror and Lust's kid, apparently seeming wary of my own kids.

I smirked to myself, thinking of Noah or Moonlight trying to be intimidating. The image didn't work really. "So uh, what do you guys want?"

Immediately I was blasted with about seven different requests, all of which were so suddenly blurted that I only understood about one syllable.

"Uh...could you all agree on one thing?"

They all glanced at each other before muttering, seeming to discuss their options. Surprisingly enough, they seemed to come to a decision quick enough, and were soon facing me again with wide puppy dog eyes.

"They're gonna ask something completely shit--"

I winced, glancing to my side momentarily to see the floating genocidal ghost flying by my side.

He was visible to only me, and was practically my second half. He shares half of my soul, and used to posses me all the time and ruthlessly slaughter people for fun. He's the main reason I ended up in the asylum anyway. Him and X... He hasn't taken over for years though. I used to be afraid to sleep because of the night terrors I'd get, and I'd quite often wake up and suddenly gain control to find myself covered in blood and surrounded with bodies.

But now, with Nightmare by my side I can actually sleep. Chara is...scared of Nightmare to a certain degree. His first encounter didn't end well with him when he possessed me after they saved me from that snowstorm. He hasn't tried to possess me for ages. And thankfully he's kinda lost his blood lust.

I shook my head, glancing back down at the kids once again as they looked up at me, giggling.

Noah and Moonlight found it funny that I'd often 'talk to myself' or look at something that 'wasn't there'. NiXss and Incubux knew about Chara and basically ignore when I do it.

Sprinkle and Desire were staring at the spot where I'd glared, their faces showing nothing but confusion. Amusingly enough, Chara wasn't there anymore, and was behind them, smirking.

"Um, what did you agree on?" I asked, ignoring Chara as he mimed stabbing all the kids.

"We want...noodles!"

I blinked. "Noodles?"

"Yes please!"

"Wow I was expecting some big-ass order that would have taken several hours..."

"Same..." I muttered, eyeing them all warily before turning around to the many kitchen cupboards. Still surprised by their option for some reason, I grabbed some boxes of instant noodles from the shelves. "You sure you want these?"

"Mmhm!"

"Right...okay then." I got out all the stuff for it and started boiling some water for the noodles.

The kids looked up at me happily, their eyes still shining happily.

Oh they're definitely up to something...

After a few minutes they were done and I passed them all a bowl. Apart from Eph. He has different food.

They all ran off happily with their bowls, the sound of them going upstairs ringing out. Well at least the other two kids don't seem to left out...

I put the kitchen stuff away before walking out of the kitchen, squeaking as I was suddenly spun in a circle before being pressed into someone's chest. Looking up, I blushed deeply, seeing Nightmare smirking down at me.

"And how's my little house wife~?"

I huffed, puffing my cheeks out as I pushed away. "I-I'm not a house wife!"

Nightmare snickered, trailing after me as I walked back over to a sofa and sat down on it. He flopped down next to me, instantly pulling me onto his lap as he buried his face into my neck. "Mmm...you're my little waifu~"

My face flushed and I whined, curling up on his lap. "Nooo..."

"Yeeeessss." He whined back, snickering.

I buried my face into his chest, groaning. "Hows your side..." I rubbed my hand over where he'd been stabbed earlier, cringing as I felt that the fabric of his hoodie was covered in sticky blood.

"Moonlight fixed it up." He murmured, petting me affectionately as I purred weakly. "So I'm good now."

"Good." I arched my body towards him, my purrs escalating in volume as he rubbed along my collarbone and shoulder blades.

He grinned, peppering the top of my skull in kisses as he purposely pet all the spots that he knew would drive me crazy. "The kids seem happy."

I wriggled happily, feeling like a cat. "I think they're plotting something..."

He gave me an amused look as he stopped petting me. "Is that so?"

I whined at the lack of petting, but nodded, glancing around. "They asked for noodles..."

He blinked. "...and...?"

"I don't knooowwwww..." I whined. "It just sounded suspicious..."

Nightmare snorted, kissing my cheek. "How on earth is that suspicious?"

"ShhSHHshh--" I hushed him, covering his mouth with a hand. "Don't question me, husband."

"Nnnywwttt..."

I blinked, moving my hand. "What?"

"I said, not yet. Husband, not yet."

I huffed, glaring up at him. "Let me live out my fantasies you octopus."

Nightmare grinned widely, chuckling. "Oh Crossy~ I'd love all of your little fantasies to come real~"

My face flushed and I grabbed a cushion from the sofa and shoved to his face, pinning him down to the sofa beneath me. "C-Creep!"

"Cross we've been together for fifteen years." Nightmare said, his voice slightly muffled by the cushion. "I feel like you should have realised that I'm a creep before now."

I pressed the pillow down on his face, groaning. "Stop making valid points!"

Nightmare suddenly went limp beneath me and I blinked, immediately pulling the cushion off of his face. He had his eye closed and his mouth shut, his whole body limp.

"Nighty?"

He didn't react.

"Very funny Nightmare." I said, shaking him slightly. "Wake up."

No reaction.

At that moment the kids wandered back downstairs with empty bowls in their hands, all looking happy.

Incubux slowed as he saw me shaking Nightmare and blinked. "What have you done to him this time?"

"I-I think I killed him!" I cried, panicking a bit.

All the kids walked over and crowded around to look at Nightmare.

"Dad?" Moonlight whispered, poking his cheek.

Nightmare didn't react.

Incubux snorted. "He probably just wants you to kiss him or something."

Immediately Moonlight kissed Nightmare on the cheek, making Incubux face palm. "I was talking to Cross."

I blushed before leaning down and kissing Nightmare on the 'lips', embarrassed over how the kids were watching.

Suddenly something gripped my wrist and I was flipped, being pinned beneath a smirking Nightmare.

"You saved me~" He purred, completely ignoring the kids.

"I-I--"

He cut me off with a kiss, pressing our bodies together as he purred, his eye closed.

I could hear Incubux pushing all the kids out of the room and into the library so I gave in, going limp under Nightmare as I kissed back.
