The next day, Falena a.k.a Lila Rossi, is arrested for brutal violence and robbery and the police did not press charges against the infamous feline since he's not that extremely malevolent like that woman. They let him go but someday they'll capture him in a robbery.

Adrien heads to the police station to have a word with his father and ex since they both got what they deserved. On the way in, Adrien adjusts his tie while going to the cells.

"I gotta warn ya, that chick is very manipulative" The guard warned.

"I can see through her lies," Adrien said.

He went to the cells of criminals and found his father's cell along with Lila. He chuckled that Lila is now wearing an orange prisoner outfit.

"Comfortable Lila?" He grinned.

"Don't give me that cheeky grin, Cheshire feline" Lila glared.

"Face it, Lila, you lost," Adrien said.

"You cheated" Lila accused him.

"Did I? I don't go by the rules. I'm too wild to listen" Adrien chuckled.

"When she gets out, you'll be dead, son" Gabriel threatened.

"I highly doubt that. She'll be moping the floors" Adrien said.

"Keep laughing and I'll ruin your life" Lila threatened.

"Which life? I got nine" Adrien laughed.

"Funny" Lila crossed her arms.

"Animal abuser. I'm nothing like you" Adrien hissed.

"You have no idea what awaits you, Adrien!" Lila grabs the cell bars.

"Hmm.....liars are for cowards, Lila. Lying is a place for bad luck and I just gave you bad luck" Adrien chuckled.

"Damn you, Adrien!" She cursed at him.

"Good luck in hell, bitch. That's where you belong" Adrien laughed and left the cells.

"You'll regret imprisoning us!" Gabriel ranted but is ignored.

Soon, Adrien heads to his master's apartment to give the butterfly miraculous back to him.

"Master Fu, I got the butterfly miraculous," He said after knocking on the door.

"You what?" Fu opens the door to let him in.

"I finally managed to snatch it away from Lila," Adrien said and gave it to him.

"Nine lives. You had me scared that the news said that you were dead" Fu said.

"The news of my demise was greatly exaggerated," Adrien said.

"You're lucky Adrien but no one's invincible," Fu said.

"Believe me, I claimed my criminal kingdom from that liar. My canine cousin just loves to bark all night" Adrien said as he sits down.

"It seems like he's getting on better terms with you," Fu said.

"He just needs a bit of friendship from the dogs," Adrien said.

"Heh, he enjoys canines too much than peacocks" Fu chuckled.

"He sure does" Adrien chuckled as well.

"I guess you didn't need a ladybug backup," Fu said and offered him herbal tea.

"Maybe I do, a heroic version," Adrien said.

"Do you know someone worthy of it?" Fu asked.

"Yes, Marinette Dupain-Cheng" Adrien said.

"Ah, you mean your colleague?" Fu guessed.

"Yup. She's like my puuuurrrrrincess and my soulmate" He sighs in love.

"So the cat's in love?" Fu smiled.

"Yeah, I'll give her a chance," Adrien said.

"Every woman always guides their man," Fu said.

"I trust her well enough to hold it," Adrien said.

"Very well. Be sure she knows how to use it" Fu said.

"Don't worry, Tikki will teach her. Marinette met my kwami. She admits that he's cute" Adrien said.

"Good. I hope I get to see her soon" Fu replied.

"Anyways, I'll have to hold onto the ladybug miraculous when the time is right to give it to her, master," Adrien said.

"Very well then. Paris hero needs to rise soon" Fu said.

"I'm still a criminal but I am an anti hero," Adrien said and his master hands him the ladybug miraculous.

"Like you said, give it to her when the time is right," Fu said.

At Marinette's apartment, she was laying on the couch thinking. What kind of animal hero would she be? She always wondered that herself.

"Hey Princess" She heard Cat Noir.

"Aaahh!!! Adrien!" Marinette got spooked by him.

"Relax Marinette it's just me" Cat Noir calms her down.

"Oh, sorry Kitty" Marinette sat up.

"The kitty's criminal kingdom is back again" Cat Noir lied down beside her.

"Aw, you claimed your reputation? I saw the news this morning" Marinette scratched his chin.

"I did and now Lila's behind bars, no more lies from her" Cat Noir said.

"Good kitty" She stroked his hair.

"Yeah, thanks" Cat Noir held her close.

"Are you always gonna be a cat burglar for the rest of your nine lives?" Marinette asked.

"I'm starting to lean towards anti-hero" Cat Noir gently runs a hand on her thigh, "However, I'm still always a thief and Paris still needs their top criminal" He added and licked her cheek slowly.

"You'll always be my favorite," Marinette said.

"Merci. Also, there is something for you" He hands her the jewelry box.

Marinette opens it to find two earrings, "Earrings?"

A bright pink flash appeared and there stood a kwami, "Greetings. My name's Tikki" Tikki introduced herself.

"Aaaahhh!!!! Bug mouse!" Marinette hides behind Cat Noir.

"Easy princess, that's a kwami, I got one in my ring, watch this. Plagg claws in!" He detransformed to show her Plagg.

"Hello there," Plagg said.

"I thought he was the only one," Marinette said.

"Every miraculous has one, milady" Adrien explained.

"I'm a ladybug kwami, the power of creation. You met Plagg, yes? He's the black cat kwami of destruction" Tikki said.

"And you are?" Marinette asked.

"I'm the ladybug kwami of luck," Tikki said.

"Oh, like a Yin and Yang," Marinette said.

"Indeed, and the reason I gave them to you is that Paris needs a superhero and a criminal. Like a very balanced activity in the city" Adrien explained.

"You mean it?" Marinette asked.

"Yes, you got a pure heart for a hero," Adrien said.

"And my little kitten is a good criminal," Plagg said.

Marinette puts on the earrings and Tikki floats in front of her, "Now say Tikki spots on"

"Okay. Tikki spots on!" Marinette spoke the words out to transform, the kwami flying straight into her left earring as it got red with spots. A mask formed over her eyes and a full red bodysuit with black spots appeared with a yo-yo.

Adrien lets out a wolf whistle, "Me-wow"

"I look great!" Marinette looks at herself in a mirror, she has become Ladybug. She noticed that it feels like it's stuck to her skin and unable to come off.

"You don't have to worry about being unmasked, it's like part of your body," Adrien said.

"Cool. And my hair and eyes are a different tone of blue too" Ladybug noticed.

"Just like how my hair is different as Cat Noir and my eyes changing too," Adrien said.

"But how do I get it off? I can't be wearing this for the rest of my life" Ladybug said.

"Just say the transformation word again but with off than on," Adrien said.

"Okay, Tikki spots off!" She detransformed to Marinette, "That was amazing, Adrien. It's the best gift ever!" She hugged him.

"No problem, milady" Adrien hugs back.

With Paris getting Ladybug as their superhero and Cat Noir as the anti-heroic burglar, the balance of the city has been stabilized but in secret, Ladybug and Cat Noir love each other as their love conquers all hatred.
