Marinette has never seen a gentleman side of this criminal feline. She thought he would be careless, cold, and vicious but she sees no evil in him. For a criminal, he probably knows how to charm women.

"A red rose? Really?" Marinette raised a brow.

"Yeah, consider this a gift from your friendly neighbor cat," Cat Noir said.

"Or cat burglar" Marinette accepted the rose.

"That will work too," Cat Noir said.

"Are you always charming to women or am I the only one?" Marinette asked, bringing him inside so no one sees him.

"Sometimes. Well my former partner Volpina and I were once a duo but she just abandoned me one day" Cat Noir said.

"You mean that sly fox?" Marinette asked.

"Yes, she toyed with me with her lies," Cat Noir said.

"And you didn't have the guts to kill her? You're one lousy villain" Marinette chuckled and opens the fridge to get milk for him.

"Yeah, but I do not tolerate when serial killers and rapists try to kill people," Cat Noir said and accepts a glass of milk from Marinette.

"Hmmm.....or is that you don't like to kill women?" Marinette can see he's hiding something.

"Well yeah, that or that she was my partner," Cat Noir said.

"You sound like you have a grudge. Very unattractive for a cat" Marinette said, laughing at his cockiness.

"I do, that's why I work alone," He said.

"A lone wolf? You could've been a wolf-themed criminal than a cat" Marinette snickered.

"Black cats bring bad luck, princess. I prefuuuurrrr to be a cat than a wolf" Cat Noir smirked and took a sip of his milk, "Meow"

"You make cat puns? Hmph! Not amused by it" Marinette huffs in annoyance and warmed up leftover chicken meat in the microwave.

"Well, you have to deal with them too" Cat Noir laughed.

The microwave dings and Marinette takes out the warm leftover chicken to eat, "I suppose. But you really are a funny guy" She said.

"Merci. And you are beautiful like a puuurrrrrincess" Cat Noir made a pun.

"That was an awful pun but thanks" Marinette rolled her eyes and arched the empty glass cup from him.

"You're welcome" Cat Noir replied.

"Anyways, don't you have robbery to do?" Marinette asked as she ate her dinner at the table.

"Maybe. See you soon, my princess" Cat Noir got to the balcony and blew a kiss at her.

The bluenette shuddered when he did that, "Ugh! Can he stop being so charming?" She scoffed.

With Cat Noir, he leaps across the rooftops back to his own home at a mansion, "Claws in" In a bright green flash stood a handsome man with emerald green eyes and blond hair.

"Wow, what a day," Adrien said and sighs in love after having met Marinette as Cat Noir.

"You finally managed to speak to her as Cat Noir" A cat creature floating next to him.

"I sure did, Plagg," Adrien said to the creature, revealed to be Plagg.

"But how long will you have the guts to tell her as Adrien? The real you this time?" Plagg asked and goes to the cupboard to grab his cheese.

"I don't know. I'm living a double life and it ain't easy being a manager and thief at the same time" Adrien said.

"It won't be fun if she finds out," Plagg said.

"She won't. She's too sweet and kind" Adrien said, removing his shirt to let his upper body breathe.

"Good point" Plagg munched on a cheddar.

"And besides, I waited for the right moment for Cat Noir to meet her in person," Adrien said and gets into his sweatpants, "I don't think she will call the cops to arrest me"

"Yep," Plagg shrugs.

"After all, I'm a good boy as well," Adrien said.

"She thinks you're a very bad boy as a thief" Plagg said.

"Oh yes," Adrien nodded before going to bed.

The next morning, Adrien saw the news saying that there was a theft at the jewelry store last night. He smirked that the camera caught Cat Noir stealing an emerald but also there was a fight between him and Volpina.

"Man, she never learns" He just shook his head smiling.

"Oh, give me a break. You and she both had paws" Plagg said.

"Not anymore. Since she abandoned me" Adrien said.

"And stole the fox miraculous out of your paws" Plagg reminded him.

"One day I'll get it back," Adrien said.

"Anyways, time to get to work. You don't want to miss your princess" Plagg teasing him.

"Oh, stop it. I got two lives out of my nine lives" Adrien chuckled and gets dressed. He may own the mansion now because his father doesn't own it anymore. He got into his car and drove to the company.

Marinette was now working on the mannequin to design her fashion inspiration of a black cat, "Alright, materials, check" She made sure she had what she needed, "The logo for the front shirt. Ugh! I don't know which one is better" Marinette groaned in frustration.

"Perhaps I could help you pick" Adrien came to her.

"Ahh!" She got startled by him, "Oh? But it's so hard to choose between paw print and cat eyes"

"If you want my advice, I think paw print looks better," Adrien said.

"Why?" She asked.

"Just an idea I bring to you," Adrien said.

"But where to place it?" Marinette wondered.

"I think on the chest area," Adrien said.

"Like this?" Marinette demonstrated by placing the paw print patch on the chest area.

"Like that, yes" Adrien nods.

"You seem happy. Aren't you worried that Cat Noir might......you know.....think that we are fans of him?" Marinette asked shyly.

"Just because that got his colors?" Adrien guessed.

"Well.....yeah.....Argh! That stupid smirk of his always gets me" Marinette feels embarrassed.

"Well you better watch out if you meet him again Marinette," Adrien said.

"I'm not scared of cats like him," Marinette said.

"Oh, well, he can see in the dark and we can't" Adrien shrugs.

"I'm just saying that there's more to him than meets the eye" Marinette explained.

"Very well then. I'm just going to check the other employees" Adrien said.

"Good luck, Adrien" Marinette resumes her work.

As he reached his office, he was greeted by a dog-themed person with his feet on the desk and twirling the ball with his finger.

"Felix?" Adrien gasped.

"Hi there my favorite cousin. Long time no see. And for the last time, it's Flairmidable" Flairmidable smirked.

"What are you doing here?" Adrien asked Flairmidable.

"I just came to see how you're doing. I know you're angry that I impersonated you but it wasn't my fault. After all, dogs and cats can live in harmony" Flairmidable chuckled.

"Dogs and cats don't get along, butt sniffer. Thanks to you, Lila still has the fox miraculous" Adrien glared at him.

"Looks like it's two canidaes against one cat" Flairmidable chuckled.

"What the hell are you talking about?" Adrien raised a brow.

"Foxes and dogs are related remember. But do you stand a chance against two of us?" Flairmidable asked.

"You two may know how to bite but cats can scare animals with a scratch. My claws are deadly, Flairmidable. We are criminals but you like to be a pickpocket thief. Like stealing the ladybug earrings for example" Adrien motioned his fingers to give something back since he knows that this canine thief pickpocket the jewelry box of the ladybug earrings from his office drawers.

"Oh you mean these?" Flairmidable held them out.

"Hand them over, now. And get out of my office" Adrien growled.

"For this time" He hands them over and jumps out of the window.

"Jeez, I hope Barkk can teach him to be a good puppy for once," Plagg said.

"What am I going to do with him?" Adrien sighs.

"Put him in a kennel?" Plagg said.

"Haha, very funny Plagg" Adrien replied sarcastically.

"I'm serious, Adrien. Barkk has tried so hard to train him but your cousin is like a trickster than to be trained like a dog" Plagg said as Adrien sat at his chair.

"Yeah. He almost cost me my reputation" Adrien said.

After his shift has ended, he became Cat Noir and found Flairmidable fighting against Volpina and her illusions in the alley. So much for his pickpocket skill.

"I can smell the real you, fox! Quit following me around like a lost puppy! I don't date liars like you!" Flairmidable growled like a dog.

Cat Noir rolled his eyes and decided to help his cousin before he gets hurt. He's still his cousin but that doesn't mean he'll give him chances again.

"Time to kick some fox butt!" He jumps down and got up posing.

"Looks like it's Dog and Cat vs Fox," Flairmidable said.

"This won't take long, bone hunter," Cat Noir said as he picks up a garbage lid and threw it at the illusions and straight towards the real Volpina, knocking her cold.

"There, problem solved. You owe me big time" Cat Noir glared at the canine.

"How much exactly? Like a million euro?" He joked.

The feline scoffed at his humor, "What I mean is try to change a little for once. Your kwami has tried so hard to teach you to be good, not be a lunatic like my father who ended up as a terrorist and thrown in jail" He got in his face, "And I'm not shaking your paw this time"

"Alright. At least I'm saner than your father" Flairmidable said.

"Just promise to listen to your kwami" Cat Noir said.

"Dog's promise" He held his hand up.

"I don't know how many promises you're gonna break this time, mutt. Next time, stick to fetching like a dog with that big mouth of yours" Cat Noir said sarcastically.

"Oh come on! How long are you gonna hold a grudge? For a cat you really know how to save your nine lives" Flairmidable groaned in anger.

"I really wish you change your ways one day, being a helpful guy," Cat Noir said.

"Alright I'll do my best to be a good dog," Flairmidable said.

Cat Noir teasingly patted the canine's head like a dog, "If not, you'll be wearing a leash in the front porch"

"I like your sense of humor, cousin" Flairmidable laughed.

"Don't get used to it" Cat Noir scoffed.

"Fine by me" He shrugs.
