The next morning Juliet went into court, and she saw Mick and the jury.

''Hey Ms., Redbrick nice to see you.'' Mick said shaking her hand.

The Judge April came in and sat down. ''Ms. Juliet Redbrick, we finally meet.''

''Guilty, your honor, but we have a deal to work out.'' Mick said.

''I'm listening.'' She said.

''Your honor my client, Ms. Redbrick here was forced to rob those galleries against her will by Marcus Fuller, she only did it to keep her father James Redbrick alive who was somewhere in the city, and she was going to turn herself in when someone beat her to it.'' Mick said.

''Mr. Gnome, your client made museums and banks go out of business because of what she did, and she must face the punishment, there have been a reward out on her and she has also been known as the Guy Killer.'' April said looking at the record.

''Yes, your honor but the deal we have is that she gets a year of parole and community service, she has a clean record and never left the State, so she is not a fly risk, and this was all blackmail as well.'' Mick said.

''I see, and I will take that into consideration but now call your first witness.'' April said.

''I call Gnomeo Bluebury to the stand.'' Mick said.

Gnomeo went up and was sworn in. ''Ok Mr. Gnomeo what can you tell us about this whole thing?'' The lawyer Sir. Blackberry.

''So, Mr. Bluebury you know the crimial Juliet Redbrick how did you come to meet her?'' He asked.

''Well, I ran into at a store, and we hit it off.'' Gnomeo said.

''So, you had no idea she was a criminal and that she robbed the same museum that you were guarding?''

''No not at all, I did find out later and I was gonna turn her in, but she told me what was going on and well I couldn't turn her in otherwise it would have killed her dad and I wasn't gonna have that on my mind.'' Gnomeo said.

''So basically, your just as guilty?'' Asked Blackberry.

''No, I'm not I found out and she found her dad and saved him, but somebody turned her in before I could.'' Gnomeo said.

''Nothing further.'' Blackberry said sitting down.

''Next witness.'' April said.

James Redbrick went up and was sworn in. Mick walked over to him.

''So, Mr. Redbrick I heard about you owing a lot of money to certain parties and you couldn't pay?'' Asked the lawyer.

''Yes.''

''And you say Mr. Fuller here, kidnapped you because you owed him money?'' Asked the lawyer.

''Well, I went to him because I heard that he could help and he did pay off all my debts but then he had me taken away and placed in a room, because I owed him for all the money so he was gonna kill me, but my daughter stepped in and said she would do whatever he wanted to keep me alive.'' James said.

''So, you knew about what Juliet was doing?'' Asked Mick.

''No, I didn't she never told me all she told me was she was happy and that she was trying to get me out if not for my daughter I wouldn't be here.'' James said.

''Nothing further.'' Mick said.

''Nothing further.'' Blackberry said.

So thought-out the trial they heard from Amber and Daphne who told their story and turns out they got 1 year of community service since they were more helpers.

The judge came back with her verdict. ''The case of Marcus Fuller you will get 5 years in jail and then when you get out 2 years of parole for what you did.'' April said as she banged her gravel.

They took Marcus out of there and Jade was watching. ''I'll wait for you Marcus.'' She said taking his hand before he was taken.

''Now I find Ms. Juliet Redbrick. guilty and will have 1 year of parole and be on house arrest meaning you can't leave the city for a year and in a year, we will review and see where we stand.'' Judge April said banging her gravel.

Juliet breathed feeling great and she and Gnomeo hugged.

Later that night, Mick, James, Gnomeo and Juliet were at Gnomeo's home and Juliet was on his lap, and he hugged her.

''Well, me and James are heading out, will you two be ok?'' Asked Mick.

''Yep, just fine.'' Gnomeo smiled.

''I'm sorry you got put down to desk duty instead of being a night guard.'' Juliet said hugging him.

''Well, I'm still a night guard I'm just at the desk rather then walking around.'' He said.

''I wish you didn't have to go tonight.'' She said.

''I know but hey it means I can text you more my love.'' He kisses her lips.
