My pov

Ammolite crossed her arms with a proud smirk as she looked down at the tied up Fate and Ink who looked at her clearly confused. "That was fun but I need to go. I have an au to check on." She opened a portal and walked through only to get thrown back by a yellow force field. "WHAT THE FUCK?!" She exclaimed as she looked at the force field. Recognition dawned on her face. "No fucking way..." She said as she backed up and summoned a computer. She typed a bit and looked through Deviantart. "I knew it. Rever found my Au." She stood up. "Better call Lune." She summoned a phone.

Melody pov

Melody yawned as she walked down the stairs. "Hello dear sister." Nightshade said. Melody feeling too drowsy to care about how weird it was that her sister said Dear sister instead of Little sister. "Morning." Melody said rubbing her eyes as she sat down and buried her face in her arms prepared to fall asleep again. "I wouldn't fall asleep dear sister. We have a job to do after all." A plate was set in front of her and Melody's eyes focused enough to see three pancakes with a golden syrup like substance in a smiley face.

"I-I'm not feeling hungry." Melody said pushing the plate away. Nightshade had her back turned to her and was making more pancakes. "Sis? Your usually wearing black and purple." Now she was getting worried. Nightshade set her plate down on the table. She wore a white jacket with a yellow sports bra and white pants. There was a smiley face badge on her chest but that wasn't what got Melody's attention. It was the smile on Nightshade's face. It looked so...forced and her eyelights were yellow.

Melody stood up. "Where are you going sister?" Nightshade said with that creepy smile of hers. "After all...We have a job." Melody was definitely worried, Her hand reached for Her purse. "Y-You mean at the NCI and DCI?" Melody asked now scared. Nightshade started to laugh, golden tears went down her face. "No dear sister. To spread Positivity Throughout the city."

'Okay something's wrong.' Melody thought as she looked down at the pancakes. "I-I let me get dressed." She said running off. She didn't bother to get dressed as she crawled out the window. Good thing she did because there was a loud banging noise at her door before the door was flung off it's hinges. "Trying to escape your fate dear sister." Nightshade said as Melody jumped onto a tree and climbed down. Melody ran and didn't look back while Nightshade looked out her bedroom window before pulling out a yellow phone. "We have a runner..."

Nightmare pov

Nightmare just finished brushing his teeth when someone started banging on his door like it was a matter of life or death. "Hang on I'm coming." Nightmare said sluggishly as he opened the door. Melody looked right up at him with tears in her blue eyes. Her hair was a mess and she wore a over sized white nightshirt with shorts. "Melody are you-" Nightmare felt her arms wrap around him as she started to cry. "It's Nightshade! I-I don't know what happened. She just started acting weird and-" She hiccuped.

Nootmare appeared behind Nightmare. "She probably had a Nightmare." He said annoyed at being woken up. Nightmare ignored him. "How weird?" He asked confused as he wrapped his arms around her. "S-She was wearing all white and yellow and her eyes were yellow, A-And she said something about spreading positivity around the city." Nightmare was certain that if his other half had a drink he would spit it right out. "Spreading positivity?! We have a problem." Nightmare frowned. "Are you sure it wasn't a dream?" He asked. Melody pulled away. "Y-You don't believe me?!"

Nightmare was quick to calm her down. She actually looked terrified for once. "It's okay Melody!" He said trying to soothe her. But she was still panicking...Nightmare sighed before he teleported her to her house. "Let's see what's wrong with your sister." He said. "Something's definitely wrong. Don't proceed!" Nootmare said sounding panicked. 'Give me one reason to trust you.' Nightmare thought as he reached for the doorknob. The sudden positivity washed over him making him want to vomit. "Run." Nightmare said backing away and grabbing Melody's wrist as the door opened. Melody was right. Nightshade gave Nightmare a sickly sweet smile. "Oh hello Nightmare. I see you brought my dear little sister." She clapped her hands in glee. "Rever is going to be so pleased."

Nightmare felt some of his control leave him and he spun on his heel, scooped up Melody and ran like their lives depended on it. "DON'T STOP FOR ANYTHING!" Nootmare said as Nightmare kept running. "We'll come back again with back u-" He froze when he saw a figure in front of him...

The figure was a skeleton with his hands behind his back. He wore a crown with a sun symbol, a tan tunic which also had a sun symbol on the chest, brownish leggings, tan boots, and a gold cape. He wore a smile on his face. "D-Dream?" Nightmare said. "That isn't Dream! THIS GUY IS THE CAUSE OF THIS MESS!"

Nightmare snapped out of it as the Dream look alike smirked. Melody glared from behind Nightmare. "You must be the 'Rever' Nightshade was talking about." Nightmare said trying to keep his attention away from the smaller girl who was tugging on his shirt. "And you must be the Nightmare of this AU. Interesting you seem to have split personalities." Rever said with a smirk. "MOVE!" Nightmare barely dodged the Cross look alike while clutching Melody. "What the hell?!" He said. The Cross look alike wore what looked like a white belly shirt, brown knee high shorts, brown knee high socks, white shoes, and a brown and white scarf.

"Sorry lord Dream I missed." 'Cross' said with a sheepish smile. "Quite alright X-tool." Rever said. "WHY ARE YOU STANDING THERE JUST-" Nightmare noticed movement and moved Melody out of the way just as a yellow substance hit his bare arm where she once stood. "Shit..." Was the last thing he heard before passing out.

Nootmare pov

He took over just before the positivity could take over his host and make him a mindless zombie. He was aware of Melody staring at him dumbfounded but he ignored it and grabbed her before teleporting back to the base. "Guys no time to expla-" He whent silent at the scene in front of him. Fresh was standing in front of Chaser with a chair to ward off a happy Cross wearing all white and yellow and yellow sockets, Classic was protecting a woman with a broom from a happy Fell with the same color theme, And no sign of Crystal, Reaper, Horror, Geno, and Sci.

Nootmare grabbed Cross with one of his tendrils and threw him at Fell into the broom closet. Dust ran out with Blue wielding guns. "You won't believe what we went through!" Dust said before his sockets landed on Nootmare and the pale and silent Melody. The closet was being held shut by an exhausted Classic and his wife Frisk while Cross and Fell tried to force it open. "Okay what the hell happened?" Dust shot Nootmare a look before looking them over. "We had better check on the others." Blue pulled out his phone to call Ink.

Ink pov

Ink had separated from Error and Pj and was hiding in the closet since he helped his boyfriend and son escape. The phone suddenly rang "This that hot girl bummer anthem, turn it up and throw a tantrum." Ink quickly tried to turn it off when the closet door opened and Rever looked down at him. "Shit..." Ink said.

Nootmare pov

"Anything?" He asked. Blue shook his head and put his phone away. "GET BACK OR I'LL DEATH TOUCH YA!" Reaper's voice. Everybody looked at each other and ran into the morgue where Reaper was standing on top of one of the operating tables while a Happy Horror threw a glowing yellow axe at him while Geno was reaching for him. "Come on Reaper~ Where is that fun side of yours?" Geno asked with a smirk as Reaper shot him a look. "YOU ARE NOT MY GENO!" Reaper said as Nootmare grabbed both Horror and Geno and hit them both against the wall knocking them both out.

Reaper sighed in relief. "I thought they were gonna turn me into a zombie." He said brushing sweat off his brow. Nootmare nodded. "So where is Sci?" He asked looking at Classic since he was most likely able to know where Sci was. "Well last I saw him he was locking himself in his lab saying he had some experiment to do. Something to do with black apples." Nootmare froze at the words black apples but than he snapped out of it. "Let's get to him. He might help us find a cure."

They heard the door open and Dream walked over confused. "I have a feeling there is a reason why Cross and Fell are locked in the closet? And what's wrong with Melody?" They looked at Dream. "Haven't people been a little too happy lately?" Dream looked thoughtful. "Well people were smiling up a storm despite bumping into each other..." Reaper cleared his throat. "It's like a zombie apocalypse except Dream is immune." Nootmare looked thoughtful. "Because the cause of this is an alternate version of Dream." Everybody except for Melody looked at Nootmare. He picked up Melody. "I'll explain later. Let's get Sci."

The chapter cut to Ace boarding up the door when a portal opened. "How are Erratum and the Kids. Are they affected?" Ammolite asked. "Worry not Dear sir. We are somewhere where nobody can track us using emotions plus my illusions should help us out." Ammolite nodded before the portal suddenly closed with a little blip. Ace turned to the Readers. "Pity. It's a zombie apocalypse where we can't kill anyone. Do you have any suggestions on how to stop Rever? Do you think Lune will come soon? Or perhaps you would like to ask about Nightmare's reaction to the dark apples. Well feel free to suggest/Ask." Erratum walked in with Null and Void (San: Null/ Paps: Void) "Are you sure it's good?" Ace nodded before looking at his bracelet. "Chances are we will get found?" 0% Ace smiled. "Also we might not have time for Dares during this chaos so for now it's only asks or even 'donations.' to help them on their journey to stop this Hapidemic. We hope you all enjoyed this chapter." He bows as the scene closed out while Erratum gave him a 'wtf' face while the kids hid behind him.
