(Genos POV)

I guided Reapers hands on what keys to press, Sure he was clumsy with it at first but after a bit of curses and Wrong notes he had managed to play a small tune.

I smiled feeling a bit proud that I had taught him the four notes to make the tune, as he pressed the keys with a bit more confidence I saw his expression change from concentration to When a kid gets to buy sweets. He turned to me his smile wide, "that's great! If we keep practicing we can actually play a song" I said.

Reaper nodded looking at the piano "you know I always wanted to learn, but I never did get a chance to" "Well, I can teach you, I'd be happy to. It's the least that I can do after helping me and letting me stay with you for the time being"

His smile faltered slightly, he turned his head to look down at the piano keys. I was a big confused did I say something wrong? "Are ya alright did I do somethin wrong?" He jolted slightly coming out of his thoughts and turned to me "no,no I just remembered I gotta be somewhere now" I felt disappointment wash over me, "oh." He opened his mouth to say something but quickly shut it. He cast a look to the side before giving a Small smile "Geno, I would love to be taught by you. If you would have me as a student that is"

I met his eyes, he was being sincere and their was that rare glimpse in his expression of his character not the one he hides with Flirtatious jokes or witty sarcasm.

I smiled back "I already said so didn't I?" His smile went to a smirk "then it is decided, I'll be back later tonight, I hope we can continue our lessons later" I nodded and he turned and left leaving me alone in the room with it's crushing silence.

(Reapers POV)

"You patched up quite nicely." Classic Said lazily, I shot him a glare as I went and sat in the the leather chair across from classic, My leg bounced anxiously with out me even realizing, "you good?" Classic Asked "yeah just Great" I snapped harshly not even caring of the offended look he gave me.

Swapfell came out from the bosses office "he wants to see you" He said quickly before heading out I nodded and walked in the air reeking of cigar smoke. Sitting in the chair across from him he gave me a All but friendly grin. "I was hoping to see you little sidekick with ya" he spoke I grimaced "he's sick at the moment. I'll be covering for the both of us." He laughed loudly "just like how you took both punishments for the two of you, he must be somethin special"

I shrugged "he's just a friend" I made sure he didn't see that he was getting to me, "Now reaper I have a Few concerns About your loyalty's, ever since Your friend Joined is You've seem to have gotten Distracted." I kept my tone even "I don't see what you mean" "Well, I have a job for ya, Theirs a man me and him had some business, he dropped out of our little deal and I need ya's help to sort him out and get me the money he owes"

"How do ya want the job to be done?" I asked Thinking "Well I wouldn't say let him off easy, but make it quick I do need you for something else" I sighed "Alright. I'll do it"

It was late by time I had Reached the apartment home, Geno was probably asleep, silently I walked in the lights where off, I decided to grab a quick shower heading to the bathroom feeling my way down the hall I jumped when Genos door swung open, I was blinded by the light in his room and I had to blink a few times for my eyes to adjust. "Oh you back" he sounded relived, I smirked "what where ya worried~?" He scoffed but mumbled "maybe" I grinned.

"Don't worry, expect me to be home late often though work tends to drag on" he cringed at the word work. I gave him a sad smile "but hey at least I'm back here with out new bruises or cracks"

Geno looked at me with a slight smile "I guess your right but knowing you, Their probably will be a lot more." I chuckled "maybe, I looked past him in to his room before I have a grin "do you think you want to play a bit of piano?" Geno gave me a mock glare "I hope you know I'm not gonna serenade you each night" I laughed "we will see by the end of tonight"

Geno just rolled his eye and walked in not even bothering if I'm following him or not, he sat down and played a few notes before looking at me, "we are gonna play a duet" I scoffed "yeah, I think you got to high of hopes for me Their Geno"

He shook his head "nonsense, now come on now or are you to chicken" I smirked "Alright Fine, but if I end up frustrating you don't blame me" Geno rolled his eye again at me and scooted over so I could sit.

Alright you just need to remember "G, F sharp, b and C." It took a few tries to find where the keys are but eventually Geno nodded at my hand placement and played a few notes waiting for me to mimic him.

He laughed at my attempts before he took my hands in his and guided them, soon enough I managed to catch on and he played his own set of notes.

We played together he giggled which made my soul hasten In pace, "wow, your almost as good as me" he joked I scoffed "I'm not a child ya know" I said smiling slightly. This made Geno giggle again "I know A**Hole" he said Pushing my arm gently.

I smiled more, Genos smile faltered and he sighed "Well it's late now" he said I look to the piano and nodded "yeah, well I best get going then" Geno nodded getting up to follow me out.

"I'll see you Tomorrow morning goodnight" I said Geno stopped at the door "yep, goodnight reaper"  he shut his door as soon as I walked out.

Checking my watch it was about 1:00 "guess theirs no time for a shower now" I murmured, walking to my room I quickly changed and Got in to bed flipping off the lights.

(Genos POV)

I didn't know what time reaper wakes up in the morning so I managed to wake up early, currently I was making breakfast for us he didn't have much in but a trip down stairs to the market that was luckily open on Sunday's had eggs all though they where a hefty price Almost 16G for four eggs.

Cracking it i put it in the frying pan, I also Put toast In the toaster for us. Now it was just waiting for them to cook and hope it doesn't all go to crap when I flip it.

I hummed a little flipping the eggs, I was to engrossed in my task I didn't even hear reaper come in to the kitchen. "Well isn't this a lovely surprise" I turned around startled almost throwing the Egg at him with my spatula.

He put his hands up, "Jeez reaper! Don't sneak up on me like that!" I scolded He Burst out laughing making my cheeks blush in embarrassment, "okay you can stop laughing now" I said putting the egg on the plate before turning around and Putting a hand on my hip.

"I'm sorry it's just that was a pretty adorable reaction" his comment made me blush harder and I put he toast quickly on the plate before thrusting it towards he just started laughing more I rolled my eye glaring at him getting the Toast I then proceeded to shove it in his mouth.

He looked at me surprised before he started coughing and removed the toast from his mouth, "Jeez How sad would that be If I had died by Choking on toast." He said this made me laugh.

"HA, that got you laughing" I scoffed "it was a pity laugh" Reaper flashed me a smile "still made you laugh though" I sighed not even bothering to put up a fight and just Grabbed my own plate and sat down.

He followed and sat across from me, "All jokes and sarcastic comments aside I wasn't expecting you to make me breakfast" I shrugged "it's the least I can do" "Well Thank you, this is actually really good" I blushed Looking at my plate.

We ate in silence for the most part until he finished and had to go do a job, "do you need me to go with you" he paused thinking for a moment before smiling "not it's alright, it's not that big of a Job" I nodded "what's it for?" "I just have to continue the job from last night it's nothing just need to Talk to this guy" I nodded again Saying bye to him he  flashed me one last smile before he left.
