It was Parth's call.Sanyukta looked flushed and was staring outside through the windows.

"Parth!Wassup?"

"Wassup?!Where the hell are you man?"Parth shouted from the other end.

"Chill dude.I am somewhere near the city outskirts.Is everything okay?"I asked him while operating the GPRS fixed in the car to find our exact location.

"Can you please come to home fast?"Parth sounded like he was going to have a panic attack.

"Relax I will be there in thirty minutes." With this I ended the call and ignited my car's engine.

"Everything okay?"Sanyukta asked with a genuine concern.

"I hope so, I will meet him after I drop you at home."I said driving my car with the maximum amount of speed in traffic.

"But my car is there in stadium." She said.

"Yeah! I forgot about that totally.Actually Parth sounded like there is a emergency."I said with confusion in my about what to do next.

"I can you drop me near some bus stop, I will call a cab over there and reach stadium."She suggested.

"No its not safe to travel alone when you are unfamiliar with the roads, you come along with me to Parth's house, I will ask Parth's driver to drop you at stadium."I said not wanting her to roam around the city with some can driver all alone its not at all safe.

"Okay"She agreed even if she didn't I wouldn't leave her until she agrees.

It was her phone ringing.She shuffled her handbag a little to take the call.

"Hello papa"

"Do you really need to go?

"I am okay that, you talk about that after you return from the trip."

"I will, did you pack your medicines?"

"Bye, love you."

I heard the one-sided conversation and guessed that her father was going on a trip.

"You will be staying alone?"I asked.

"Ahh?"She was puzzled.

"I mean I thought your father is going on a trip so asked whether you will be staying alone."I clarified.

"Hm..Papa is visiting Korea to meet the foreign client there is an emergency, he is on his way to the airport now and yes I will be alone.You wanna give company?"

"For sure baby.'' I smirked

"Baby? Don't call me that." She ordered.

"Why not?You look cute like a baby."I said.

"Its you who looks cute like baby not me."She frowned.

By this we reached Parth's house.

"We reached." I said honking the horns so that the gates will be opened.

I parked the car in the driveway and said "Come inside let me introduce Parth then ask the driver to drop you."

She nodded and we both came out of the car then walked to the door.I pressed the switch of the calling ball.

Soon the door was opened by my father.I was suprised but was really shocked when I saw Arpita crying and my mother consoling her in the living room.Both of them were seated on the couch.

"Arpita? What happened mom?" I asked moving towards them.

When I reached them Arpita hugged me burying het face in my stomach and started sobbing loudly.Handling two crying women in day is difficult and when you love them the difficulty level just increases.

"What happened mom and where is Parth?" I asked my mother.

"He is getting ready for going to hospital."My father told.

"Hospital why?"I asked and Arpita started crying even more.

"Arpita will you just stop crying and someone tell me what happened?"I shouted.

Arpita stopped crying and pushed me away from her.Then she hugged my mother tightly.

"When Arpita went for check up today, in the scanning they found out that the heart beats of the child is very less, also there are many complications.So they are advising to abort the child as soon as possible."Mom explained.

"May I get the reports."It was Sanyukta.

With this whole situation I totally forgot she is present over here.

Arpita looked at her and mumbled "Sanyukta?".

In reply Sanyukta smiled a little and said "Hi! Can I have look on the reports.I am gynecologist, you can trust me this."

"Here beta."My mother gave the reports to Sanyukta and glanced at me giving a look to explain.

I mouthed later to mom and we all looked at Sanyukta.

Sanyukta sat on the bean bag which was placed beside her and started analysing the reports.

After an hour she spoke "Which doctor did your check up today? I mean the regular one who always did or someone new."

"Actually my regular doctor had to go out of town for some emergency so a new Dr. did my check today."Arpita said without sobbing or crying.

"I think your baby is totally fine because according to the reports you have completed 28 weeks and this your third trimester.And so for no problem has been detected and there is no chance of arising so many complications according to today's report until you had any accident.Either the machine is not working properly or the report may be exchanged."Sanyukta said and she was engulfed in hug by my mom.

This suprised her as I can see her eyes going wide.

"Thank you so much beta." My mom said

"Its my duty.But I advice you to have a check up in some other place and please can I have the name of the doctor who checked you today?" She spoke.

I felt really proud of her.The ladies started having conversation and I went upstairs to find him staring from at the sky.

"You didn't get ready?" I asked him.

He turned and after looking at me with so much pain in his eyes he spoke "I can't Randhir, I love my baby I don't want to kill it."

I felt bad for him and patted his shoulder and said "Nothing has happened to the baby, he or she is absolutely fine according to Sanyukta but you should take Arpita for check up to some other place so that we all can be double sure.Whatever happened was a misunderstanding."

Parth looked shocked but grinned with happy tears in his eye and we both hugged.
