Harsh pov

I know this voice, it’s a very familiar voice for me.

“Sonia Thakur…..” I called.

“Yes,” She turned and yes, It’s Sonia only it’s been years since we met, she was surprised to see me. 

“Harsh Rajput, what’s up man, it’s been a while.” She started walking towards me.

“It’s been seven years, how are you.?” I said and extended my hand to handshake but she came to hug.it was an awkward moment, again she extended her hand, I went to hug.

We laughed seeing these, at last, we settled for a hug.

“I’m fine, how are you.?” She came out of the hug.

“I'm fine.” I said.

“But that smile is missing.” She said.

“Life is so fucked up right now, how will I smile.” I thought

“How come here.” I changed the topic.

“My exams over, so dad called me and said, Nah actually he ordered me to accompany Ansh bro in this tournament.” Sonia said.

“So you stay the whole tournament.?” I asked.

“Yeah and I don’t have any choice.” Sonia rolled her eyes.

I observed we are still washroom.

“Hmm, Sonia let’s go out and talk na, I don’t want any another rumour in social media.” I said.

As there are a lot of rumours of in social media me having multiple affairs and cheating on Vishaka and all and this news people especially linking with girls, who I don’t know and I don’t want this, my little old friend, to be part of those baseless rumours.

“I would love to be part of one of those rumours.” Sonia laughed.

“But I don’t want, let’s go.” We moved out

We were walking towards the vip room.

“So, how’s life.?” I asked.

“Very good, away from all so-called 'restrictions' from my dad.” Sonia said.

“Oh, c'mon Sonia, your dad is not that much strict like you think, he wants you….

Sonia cutoff my words “Boss, stop taking my dad's side, otherwise, I will remove it from my crush list.”

“Am I still in your crush list.?” I asked surprisingly.

“Stop acting like this, after your marriage also your popularity in girl was good, even now also it’s good, most girls are taking your side only……” She stopped saying and bitten her tongue.

I looked at her confusingly and she looked cute when she has bitten her tongue.

“I’m sorry, I shouldn’t have brought the topic about you and Vish di, at least not in our first meeting.” Sonia said sadly.

“It’s ok, no problem.” I smiled.

I don’t know why a smile arose on my face when I saw her, she was so talkative, mature and understanding woman like her mother somya aunty.

“Sure, you didn’t answer my question yet, am I still on your crush list?” I questioned.

“What kind of question is this, of course, you are, even though I had a crush on many, but you will be in the first place, always” Sonia smiled.

I smiled back, I’m happy that at least in someone’s list, I’m in the first line.

We sat on chairs outside the VIP room, as we both were not interested in watching the watch.

“Sorry, but out of curiosity, I’m asking you, why divorce?” Sonia asked.

“You cursed us na.” I joked

“Very funny, that curse was a joke ok, I used to stan you both #Hasha.” Sonia said.

“#Hasha is no more, she asked divorce and I gave, let discuss something else.” I said as I don’t want to remember her at this moment.

We started talking and without looking at the time we chatted for more than one and a half an hour.

We chatted about my career and her love life’s in London.

She was talking continuously and I didn’t feel stopping her.

“I feel very comfortable around her, like talk anything with her, she answers that without feeling bad or getting offended or anything, she is not like others.” I thought

“So your last break-up was a few months ago, are you fine?” I asked.

“I’m ok, we are not that much serious.” Sonia said.

“I don’t know… .” I was about to say but we heard someone from behind

“Hey, old lovers… “ My words cut off by  Ansh's words.

He came near us.

“Old lovers, seriously.?” Sonia asked.

“I saw you both were talking something serious, so I called like that to gain the attention of you both.” Ansh smiled.

“Very funny.” Sonia said and we both stood.

“How come you here?, what about the match” I asked Ansh.

“It was a low scoring match, so it finished, early.” Ansh said.

“So our team is in playoffs right?” I asked.

“Almost but, the coach wants us to be in the top 2 teams but with that weak lower middle order, I don’t think we can get that two spots.” Ansh said.

“Be confident, Ansh we will be top 2 spots.” I said.

“Uff, guys match is over, let us talk something else.” Sonia said dramatically.

We both laughed seeing her.

“I know you are a fan of Kareena Kapoor but stop acting like pooh of K3G it won’t suit you.” Ansh laughed loud.

Sonia hit his shoulder “Stop embarrassing me, my idiot and useless brother.”

“Excuse me, who is useless, I’m in one of the top 5 run-getters of this season ICL, you know.” Ansh said in his American accent.

“Your accent sucks bro, stop using this in the post-match presentation, people will laugh at you.” Sonia said.

“This two looks like mature adults but fights like small kids.” I thought.

“Guys stop fighting like kids.” I said.

“Tell her na Bhai that.” Ansh said.

“First tell him to stop, harsh, he is talking too much.” Sonia said.

“Oh hello, what Harsh, he is nine years older than you, call him brother.” Ansh said.

“No no I don’t want to be her brother, let me be her friend.” I thought.

“For your kind information, Mr Ansh Thakur, I will never call my crush as bro, so lock this in your stupid brain.” Sonia flipped her hair.

I smiled inside hearing this.

“Excuse me………” Ansh was about but he stopped saying and stared at someone behind me

“What’s there.” I turned and I’m also surprised to see……
