After a week

I was sitting in a hotel lobby and waiting for Ansh as we both were going out for shopping, I was busy on my phone when my manager Ishika came to meet me.

"Hey." I said.

"Hey, I'm sorry I tried but those brands back off." Ishika said

"It's ok Ish, these brands won't show your true value, only your fan following can show your true value and I still have lot of fan following after failures, so I don't mind about brands." I smiled

"You always takes everything soo positive na, there is no negative thing in your life na."Ishika asked

"You need to search positive in negative, otherwise you will lose in yourself in this chaos." I smiled

For that Ishika nodded her head negatively.

"Ok baba Harsh Rajput." Ishika laughed.

We were talking there when Ansh came.

"Bhai, let's go... .. . Hey sweetheart." Ansh was excited as he saw ishika and went to hug her but Ishika kept her hand on his chest and stopped him.

"Hi." Ishika said in a not interested tone and removed her hand.

This two always had a bittersweet relationship /friendship.

Ansh was about to start a conversation with Ishika but Ishika's phone started ringing.

"Excuse me." Ishika went to attend the call.

I saw Ansh and he was checking her out.

I cleared my throat.

"Do you want water.?" Ansh said.

"Don't act smart, I saw that you are checking her out, don't even try your tricks on her, remember what I told you when you first met her.?" I questioned.

"Yeah, I know you said 'she is like my sister, stay away from her.', I remember everything bhai, but look at her she is such an angel." Ansh said and Ish came back irritatingly.

"What happened? , is everything ok?" I asked her in concern.

"Yeah this idiot, my ex calling me again and again and asking to return his gifts which he gifted me that's irritating me." Ishika said.

"What?, how dare he?, give me his number I will teach him....

"No thanks, I can handle him, stop interfering in my matters." Ishika said coldly.

Ansh felt sad I think.

"Definitely something happened between these two." I thought.

"Bhai, I will bring the vehicle." Ansh went out looking at his phone.

"You scared the poor guy, be easy with him." I laughed.

"So funny poor guy, ask him what he did and decide he is the poor guy or not, ok I need to go, bye." we both went out

Ishika went home, I and Ansh are going in the car and I was driving as Ansh was busy in chatting.

"Listen, what happened between you and Ishika? why is she giving you cold vibes.?" I asked.

"Bhai, I don't have time to tell you, so please ask your manager only, I'm in the middle of a serious problem." Ansh said while typing.

"Did any of your ex is pregnant" I laughed.

He gave me serious look.

"I'm sorry,what happened.?" I asked.

"Dad and Sonia fought agani, I don't why they fight like that.?" Ansh said.

"Reason?" I asked curiously

"I'm trying to find, I will tell you once I get to know." Ansh said and got busy in typing.

"Sonia, Sonia Thakur, it's been years since I met her, I don't know how is she look now, I need to meet her once." I thought and we reached the mall and went to shopping

After shopping, we came back to the hotel, from tomorrow our matches start.

After two weeks and five matches later

Our team was very good in the points table after winning 5 out of 5 matches, but one problem is I'm not getting runs that's not a big problem until the team is winning I thought

But destiny had other plans.....

Mahima called me for a meeting, I went and there she said shocking news.

"Mahima, are you serious?" I asked in disappointment.

"Yes." Mahima said firmly

"How can you change the captain of the ICL team in the mid-tournament.?" I asked.

I was totally disappointed by her words and action.

"I can change I have the power, I'm the owner of the team, and I have the audacity to keep the players who can play, who not." Mahima said.

"One last chance, Mahima please." I pleaded.

"For what, 5 games, you scored only 53 runs." Mahima said.

"I'm getting my rhythm back." I tried to convince.

But she is not in the mood to hear anything ,she made her mind to change the captain.

"Mahima, stop doing this, I played for more than six years for this team, man." I said.

"That's why we are saying to the media that we are dropping you, ok, you also talk the same." Mahima said

"Of course, ma'am." I said in Sarcasm.

"Stop this all ok, you know that right, I want my team to win the tournament and for that, I can go to any extent." Mahima said.

"For yourself, you want more movies and you want to be no.1 leading lady and to get more money, stop using cricket." I said.

"Aww, you know me very well, Harsh." Mahima said.

"It's not funny ok, cricket is . ....

"Harsh, you are 31 and most of the people of your age retire and you are still playing, I can also say that you are playing for money." Mahima said.

"Stop this ok, I don't need money.... "

"Oh really, you don't need money, well you lost your t20 captaincy and in the verge of leaving ODI captaincy and your loosing the brands you endorsed.......

I started moving towards the door because of her words.

"Before going, listen to the name of the new captain, it's Ansh Thakur." Mahima said.

"I don't give f to it, he is like my bro, I'm happy for him." i went from.

After two matches

It was a match day I took the playing 11 sheet in a hope of getting a chance for playing because from the last two matches I'm just serving drinks to players, I was shocked to when I saw the sheet.........
