Orange was a Doctor, she'd been one for a very long time. From earth to multiple ships, and finally this ship heading to a new research planet. Her main research was not what was on the planet, but the Imposters.

Aliens.

No one knew where they came from, or how long they had been about in truth.

At first they'd thought it was an infection or infestation, making there friends attack others and mutate.

They had quickly been debunked, after finding the remains of the real crewmate.

Why there top half was always missing she didn't know, or why the spines seemed to mutate into one giant bone.

It was after several of these attacks they gained the name Imposters.

A nightmarish being.

Some had even been found on Earth.

Humans lived in fear of these beings.

Sighing she walked across her office, peering at the ever growing closer planet where she would be stationed for the next ten years.

Splat splat....

The imposter grinned, there form changing to Orange.

Good thing medical had the ability to burn things, didn't want the body found after all.
