Chapter 2: New Kid

Jack

New school, new people, new... everything. I kept looking at myself in the mirror thinking about school today, what was to happen? You better be making your potion. I hear making me turn my head to see my mother's black cat Lucy walk into my room. I glare before turning back to the mirror, I hate that cat. "I already made it. Why don't you just leave, I know what I'm doing." I say as I look next to me to see Lucy jump up on my dresser where my potion was and start to push it towards me. "I don't like you." I say as I grab my potion making the cat hiss a little, "I don't understand how a witch can hate cats, it's unheard of." She says as she start to lick her paw. I lower my head down so we're face to face, "You know why." I growl as something catches my eye. I look in the mirror to see my mark on my neck, a heart broken in half, reminding me I'm only half witch.

"Jack, time for school dear." I hear my mother's sweet angel like voice sing to me. I look back at Lucy, "See you later cat, and get out of my room." I say as I grab my backpack and start to leave my room heading downstairs. Before I leave my room, I look back to see Lucy laying on my bed asleep, damn cat. I walk downstairs to see my mother by the door waiting for me with a smile. Melody Frost was just like her name says, she was a witch that's powers work through her beautiful sining voice and she was a master of potions, she's the one who helped me make my potion I have to take before ever full moon. Even if the moon doesn't come out for another two days, it's still better to start taking it now then later. "Hello sweetheart, you ready for your first day of school?" She ask as she hands me my lunch.

I take it with a nod, "Ready as I'll ever be." I say. I look at her hand to see that she was still wearing wedding ring. "Mom..." I say and point to it. She looks down and do a small laugh as she starts to play with it. "I'm not ready to take it off yet..." She whisper looking back at me. I sigh, "Mom, we moved here to get away form him and our old life. Remember?" I say as I grab her hand, I could feel her shaking as she answers, "I know but... I just remember the old him, he use to be such an amazing man, a loving father and now... His just a monster." "A monster who wanted to use his son for his dirty work." I whisper but she heard me making her pull me in a hug, "I know, and I am so sorry." She holds me tighter as she whispers in my ear, "Do you see him?" She ask as I open my eyes to see a ghost like figurer behind her. The ghost gives me a grin before it disappears.

I nod, "Yeah.. I do." She pulls back and looks at my mark, "You are a very special boy Jack, you are so rare, you just need to be careful please." She say making me smile, "Aren't I always?" I say as I kiss her on the cheek making her smile, "Go before you're late for school." She says pushing me out the house. "Alright, alright I'm going." I laugh as I throw my backpack over one shoulder and start to walk. "Don't cause any trouble and no magic!" She scream making me smirk, she knows me to well.

I start to walk to school even though I can feel eyes on me. "I know you're following me." I say as I stop and turn around to see the ghost again. His once dark blue eyes are now light blue with no life in them and with what use to be blonde hair now pure white. "You know I'll never leave you." He says as I lock eyes with him. "I didn't do this to you..." I whisper. He starts to walk up to me as he places his hand on my shoulder ever though it went right through me making a chill go up my spine. "Oh I know you didn't but you are the one who killed me, even if you didn't want to." The ghost says making me look down.

"I'm sorry Leon.." I say making him laugh, "You know you say that every time I see you." I put my hand into a fist, "Then why do you keep haunting me!? Why not haunt the man that killed you!?" I yell my face inches away from his. He lowers his glare at me, "You know I can't tell you." Leon says as I can see him start to disappear a little. "Leon you've been haunting me since I moved here and whenever I ask you why you say you can't tell me." I say watching his body slowly fade, I've learned that he can't keep his old form around for long, I don't know what happens when he disappears but at less I get a few days without him stalking me.

"When the time comes I'll tell you. But I will tell you this." He says right when all I can see his eyes and mouth. "She's here." Leon whispers making my eyes widen, "Wh... Who?" I ask.

"You know who." He says before he disappears leaving me alone again.

It took me a while to finally get to school after little run in with Leon. The school was a lot bigger then I thought it would be and I notice a lot of people had stars on their hands making me feel like this was a werewolf school, that worried me a little. I keep my head down and keep walking trying to find the main office were I'm support to meet an Elsa Ice at. Kind of a different name but I kind of liked it. I could feel it, I was lost. I walk up to a group of girls wearing cheerleading outfits, maybe they could help. I walk up to the one with red hair and tapped her shoulder. She slowly turned her head and looked me up and down. "Well, look at here, new meat." She says with a wicked smile.

I start to rub the back of my neck as I notice a heart shape on hers, she was a witch. "I'm Veronica Keller, head cheerleader and Queen B of this school." Veronica says as she hands me her hand to shake it. Don't get me wrong she was hot like smokin hot but her energy was off and red with anger. "Jack Frost, I'm looking for the main office, can you show me where it is please?" I ask making her raise an eyebrow, "If you want a tour of the school, I can just show you around sweetheart." She says as she moves the hand that I shook up my arm until she reaches my neck and sees my mark. She quickly pulls her hand back and holds it like she got burned. "You're a half blood." She whispers making her friends step back but she held her ground.

"Can you just show me where the office is... Please." I growl through my teeth. Everyone got nervous of what I was, calling me dangerous. Veronica looked at her hand and smiled, "Well, you will be a lot of fun in school now won't you?" She says making her friends look at her like she was crazy. "Veronica... He's a half blood, his dangerous." One with black hair said locking eyes with me. I look at her left hand to see she didn't have a star on it and she didn't have a heart on her neck, she was human. "Oh is a little human scared of a half blood now are you?" I say as I start to step closer to her making her freeze. I shrug my shoulders, "I mean what could I do?" I say making her finally unfreeze when she notice how close I got.

She starts to back up more until her back hits the wall making her trapped. "I mean what am I really? A witch..." I say before I slam my hand on the wall making it crack and making her scream. "Or a wolf!" I scream making her scream louder before she falls to the ground covering her ears. I couldn't help but laugh as I back up and let her friends comfort her expect for Veronica, she was just looking at me with a smirk, "Wow, you are unpredictable, I really like that." She says as she walks over to me and touches my arm again, "How easy are you to control?" She ask as her green eyes twinkle. I lower my head to her ear, "Not that easy dearie." I say as I push past her and start to walk away, "I'll find the office alone." I say and keep walking, this school was going to be a nightmare.

Elsa

I feel like I've been waiting for awhile for this new kid, I wouldn't be surprised if he got lost, the school is pretty big even for our small town. I look down at his schedule to see we have at less two classes together and we have lunch together too, I hope his not a jerk or this is going to be hell. "Excuse me." I hear as I turn around to see a handsome man with ice white hair and lighting blue eyes and a drop dead smile that could kill. "Hi I'm looking for an Elsa Ice? I'm Jack Frost." He boy says as he reaches out his hand. "I'm Elsa, it's nice to meet you." I say happy I didn't stutter. I watch him as he check my left hand and then my neck, it's normal for supernaturals to look to see if your a wolf or a witch. "I'm human if that's what you're looking for." I say making him look back at my eyes, "Sorry, force of habit." He says taking his hand back.

I look at his neck not helping to see the broken heart. "And you're a half blood huh? I never meet one before." I say rubbing my arm. "I guess I'm a rare kind of breed." He laughs making me smile, he had a beautiful laugh. "So, want to show me around Miss. Ice?" Jack ask making me nod, "Yes, let's me show you your schedule first then I'll show you the rest of the school." I say as I hand him his schedule. As he reach for it, I see him recoil his hand back and hiss. "Damn, paper cut." He hisses as I feel my heart stop as I feel something wet hit my hand. I look down to see blood on my hand.

I couldn't control myself as I raise my hand, I wanted to taste it... God it smelt so good. Before I could taste the sweet blood I see a tissues go on my hand wiping the blood off of me. "I am so sorry, I didn't even see that I was bleeding." I hear Jack say but I could beardy hear him, all I could hear was his heartbeat. You can feel it, the blood going through his veins... you want it. I hear that voice again. "Elsa, are you okay?" I hear Jack ask as I look into his eyes, he was worried. "I'm... So thirsty..." I whisper as I put my hand on my throat. "Well lets go get you something to dri..." Jack starts to say until I see his eyes widen. "Elsa... What is that?" he ask as he points to my hand.

I move my hand from my neck and see my mark start to glow, he wipe off my cover-up when he cleaned off the blood. "I..." I start as I look back at Jack to see him waiting for me to answer him. I could feel my throat getting dryer looking at him, even with his finger wrapped up, I could still smell his blood. Don't hold back, take him somewhere and drink his blood. I hear play in my head and I knew I had no control, I needed to taste him. I smile and move my hand over the top of my hand, "Come with me and I'll tell you." I say as I start to walk away, "Wait... Elsa, I already...." He starts but stops when I look at him again I put my finger to my lips making him be quite as I open a door to an empty classroom. "Come on." I say as go into the classroom waiting for him to follow me, he does.

I close the door behind us and lock it. "Elsa I know what you are. " He says as he turns around and faces me not knowing I was already right there. I put my arms around his neck, "Oh do you now? And... What am I?" I whisper as I keep my hands on him and keep my eyes locked on him. "You... You don't know?" He ask making me raise an eyebrow, "What are you talking about?" I ask starting to loosen my arms. His distracting you, don't listen to him, drink his blood. The voice whispers again but I can't help but wonder what his talking about. "Do you... do you really know what my mark means?" I ask as I lower my hand down but he quickly grabs it and looks at the crescent moon on my hand.

"I've been training for this day..." he whispers as he squeezes my hand a little tighter as he looks up at me. "Jack... You're scaring me." I say making him laugh, "I'm scaring you..." He says as he looks at me a look of worry and fear on his face. Before I could say anything, Jack quickly grabs my shoulders and pushes me on the wall making me start to loose consciousness.

"Oh Elsa... I'm the one who should be scared." I hear before all I see darkness.

Hey guys! I know it's been so long since updated and I am so sorry for that but i am very busy now a days. I know I said I would try and do a chapter a night but my little monkey of a son decided he only wants to sleep on me at night haha but hey i can't complain because I know he'll grow out of it and I'll miss it to death.
