Chapter 18

At the mansion...

Slendy P.O.V

'(F/N)'s been gone for 3 days now. I've been telling everyone that I sent her on another mission, but they're obviously skeptical. How much longer can I keep this up?' Slendy thought.

Your P.O.V

"Mmm..." I moaned as I tried to turn. My hands didn't move like I suspected them to. Wait a minute. Why is my back cold?

Realization hit me. I was strapped to a metal operating table. Jars of organs were everywhere. "So, you've woken up now, darling?" I heard a man say, walking in from a doorway.

His pitch black hair framed his face perfectly. His gaze was piercing, yet gentle. The thing that stood out was a surgeon mask with a sharp-toothed grin drawn on it. I'd be lying if I said I wasn't slightly swooned. But unfortunately, I'm in a terrible predicament.

"How do you like my operating room?" he asked. I glanced around the room. "Cleaning isn't one of your specialties, I'm presuming." I said. He chuckled at my response.

"Not many people would have a sense of humor such as yours in this situation." he said. "Is that so?" I replied. He walked over to me. His figure loomed over mine. He pulled down his mask and gave me a smirk, showing his sharpened teeth.

I frowned. "Why the sad face?" he asked. "You remind of a certain...monochrome clown." I responded. "Oh? Could you be talking about Jack?" he inquired.

"You know Jack?" I asked. He took a look at my wrist. "That's too bad." he scowled at the proxy symbol on my wrist. "Well, as much as I'd love for you to stay, I'll have to give you back." he said, unstrapping me from the table.

I sat up, only to feel a agonizing jolt of pain all around my stomach. I hissed and fell off the table. Before I fell down, the man caught me in his arms. "For a serial killer, you're not very coordinated." he picked me up and took me out of the room.

After dragging my limp body for a few moments, he laid me down on a very uncomfortable couch. Again, blood, dried and fresh, was splattered everywhere. 'Great. Now another dress is ruined.' I thought. "Do you need a refreshment?" he asked. I grunted in response. "I'll take that as a yes." he walked off to what I would think is the kitchen.

I could hear shuffling coming from where he was. I tried to move to make myself as comfortable as possible, but another wave of pain consumed me. I moaned in pain and clutched my stomach, which didn't help at all. "If you keep doing that, you'll reopen the wound." the man came in holding a plastic cup.

He set the cup down on a old coffee table in front of the couch. "Let me help." he took a dusty throw pillow and hit it to get the dust off. After the dust was gone, at least the majority of it anyways, he gently lifted my head up and set my head on it. "Water?" he asked. I hummed and shakily shook my head yes.

He put his hand on the back of my head. "Do you mind if I take the mask off?" he asked. I shook my head no. He took a hold of the chin and pulled my mask off of my face. He set the mask down and picked up the plastic cup.

He raised the cup up to my mouth and tilted it. The water rushed down my throat. I drank from the cup until the liquid was all gone. I coughed and some saliva fell out of my mouth. "And you say I'm not cleanly." he left and came back with a bloodstained towel. He dabbed at my face until it was dry.

"I assume you have some questions." he said. "A few." I replied. "Ask away." he responded. "First, what happened to me? Second, why do I hurt all over, especially my stomach. Finally, who are you?" I asked. "To answer your first questions, I'm not sure, I found you severely bleeding in the forest. Secondly, there were deep gashes in your side, which will surely  leave a scar. And my name? Well, you can just call me Dr. Smiley." he gave me a wide one sided grin.

I finally got to introduce Dr. Smiley after sooooo long! Hopefully I can put some more new characters in the story in the next few chapters. Well, there isn't much for me to say, so bye-bee for now my waffles! \(^^)/
