Andy/River: WE ARE NOT OVER POWERED DAMMIT!!

Toby: I like living with them, but like they said they're aren't over powered, Andy let her emotions get the better of her and she doesn't even use her powers most the time, she use hand to hand combat and prefers to use a combat knife on rare a cations. If she does use her power she can't control them well especially when it comes to fighting really powerful people. And like River had said a few chapters ago, his power strength depend on what he is feeling. True he does is his power a lot but he doesn't even use them unless it for fighting or for these chapters. Plus they're like regular people, they can't handle extreme conditions very well, they work like normal people.
