Jeff never took very good care of his phone, and, as a result, the internal battery was pushed aside. Because of this, his phone doesn't charge. When he found out about this, Jeff got so mad he snapped the charger in half, and several others had to restrain him so he wouldn't do the same to his phone.

(Sigh... This happened to me. My phone is now at 10%, and is lowering as we're speaking.)
