Whenever BEN's hat gets a tear in it (which happens more than he cares to admit) he always sews it back together by hand

(BONUS: it took him a while to get good at it too. His hat now bears permanent bloodstains from all the times he's pricked himself with a needle.

EXTRA BONUS: he tried using a thimble, but didn't like the feel of it so he crushed it.
