Been happening for the past few days. Current house.

I've been seeing shadows out of the corner of my eye and I'm starting to get freaked out by it. Like 10 or more minutes ago, I saw a flash of light in the reflection of my tablet screen behind me. I looked back and guess what I saw? Nothing. My tv has been glitching like usual and something else happend that is new. I heard footsteps outside of my house. No. That is crossing the line. I think it was just my neighbors but I'm not sure. Also the occasional headaches. I also heard that high pitched sounds again. How fun.
