So it was really short. Not too much for me to say yet.

Why do they always have to have a creepy feeling? Why can't it be a conpletely normal day? I feel like that would be scarier and more realistic. One never really knows when disaster will strike.

Why the ants?

That very last sentence needs to be fixed or changed. Doesn't make too much sense.

All in all, a well written chapter. Very good grammar and sentence structure.
