IF YOU HAVEN'T READ NOT THAT STRANGE, DO NOT CONTINUE!

After Virgil's death:

Logan went out on a walk to ease his nerves when he stumbles upon this young man who's altering abilities catch him off guard and reminds him of Virgil who had recently stopped coming back around.

What Logan doesn't know is that this young man is Virgil's unnamed brother who reveals all the untold secrets of what he and Virgil can do and why they and anyone they come in contact with are constantly being chased. 

As they continue to figure this out, the unnamed brother tries to fight with his substance abuse issues
