Troll Fight
Senka quickly rushed around the shadows trying to find Gandalf. She inwardly cursed him for always vanishing when you needed him. She turned back to the camp and found him there with a look of worry and confusion on his old face. "Senka my dear where in the world is everyone?" He asked.
"Trolls! That way!" She gasped. Gandalf's eyes widened as he approached her "and your partner?" He dared to ask.
"She went after them and told me to come to find you. Bad plan very very very bad plan" she stressed as she began to pace. Gandalf watched her movements and leaned against his staff "you've encountered these trolls before?" He asked curiously. Senka nodded "of course we have. Could give you a list of things we've met and made our enemies. Those three back there caught us after we made a deal to get our immortality. Only we were still weak back then. They almost killed us but we kind of uuuuh made them angry at us before we ran off and..."
"Senka your rambling again" gandalf chuckled.
"Sorry! So what's the plan? Because my guess is they might be dinner right now..." Senka muttered. Gandalf smiled with a twinkle in his eye "I have a little task for you then" he began.
(Meanwhile Akaras pov)
I resisted the urge to yell at the dwarves as we were currently in a state of being tied up into dirty smelly sacks. I swear I was going to rip Fili and Kilis head off! I'm just grateful that the trolls haven't recognised me at all, otherwise who knows what would happen.
"Come on we avent got all night! I don't fancy bein turned into stone..." One of them spoke urgently to the other.
All night? Stone?
'Of course! Trolls and sunlight don't mix! Why didnt that come to mind before.' I though to myself as my head turned to look over at the hobbit Bilbo who looked as if he caught on "Hey! Hobbit! You need to create a diversion while I get us out of this" I hissed to him. He looked at me in horror.
"m-m-me!? But what do I say!?" He hissed quietly.
"use your head! Go on!" I hissed with a shrug and gave him a kick.
He gulped and nodded his head and yelled out to them.
"stop! Your making a TERRIBLE mistake!" It got their attention quite quickly. While Bilbo served as a distraction for now I scanned the area in search of Senka. I could feel her presence. My sixth sense was correct. I could feel her presence behind me as i feel her hands take me by the shoulders and pull me into the smooth silent comfort of her shadow. Once I could hear nature around me again I feel senka cutting through the sack.
"Trolls turn into stone at sunlight, we have to keep them busy" I explained as she cut me out of the smelly sack.
"I know! Gandalf is on his way. In the mean time, I'm in the mood for some fun" she winked I smirked with her.
"Then go and by all means...do your worst." I chuckled. I could hear her cackle quietly as she stood and let herself fall into the shadowy paths of the trees around her victims.
Third POV
Akara herself hid behind a tree as he chuckled deeply, it sounded out through the campsite of the god awful trolls. The trolls stopped what they where doing as they looked around.
" Whos that?" Tom cried. You could hear the fear coating every word he spoke. Akara chuckled again causing the trolls to gulp.
" Wouldn't you like to know." She spoke as it sounded all around the area.
"Where are you? Show yerself! One troll yelled out as Akara walked out and over to the center of the site.
" You should have known. You have faced us before." She spoke as she walked up closer to the trolls. "There is never only one of us. The other is always close by."
Senka appeared out of now where with a yell and jumped up onto a trolls head and began to hit it hard. The pair distracted the trolls long enough for Gandalf to appear and split a large boulder allowing the morning light to appear and shine down onto the trolls. They soon turned to stone, no longer living and no longer trouble for Senka and Akara.
" Well that was too easy." Akara muttered after the dwarves were helped out if their sacks. In an instant Kili rushed over to Akara with a slight worry in his eyes.
" Are you alright?" He asked quickly. Akara nodded to him with a small smile on her lips. A part of her wished to hard to see his face. To see exactly what this dwarf looked like. Did he have dark hair or light hair? What colour is his eyes? Was his jawline defend? All these questions and they would never fully be answered to her because of this curse. Because of this curse, she can never look upon him without killing him. And that broke her in a way that she never though was possible.
" I'm fine." Was all she could mutter in response.
Senka smiles from a distance at the two of them, enjoying the fact that the handsome dwarf was taking an interest in her friend. She chuckles lightly and walks over to help the rest of the dwarves get free. Her eyes went to Thorin and a sly smirk crosses her features as she saunters over to his tied up state and looks down to him
"Need some help there?" She asks. Thorin looms up at her with his blue eyes and glares at her. He hated to admit it but he was stuck and the rest of the dwarves were a bit busy so he mumbles a yes under his breath.
"Yes what? Sorry I didn't quite catch That?" Senka giggles, holding a hand by her ear.
"Yes please!" Thorin snaps. Senka held her hands up and giggles
"No need to yell, goodness your grumpy"
She unsheathes her knife and cuts him free from the sack, forgetting he wore no clothing under it as the trolls had made them all strip. He had his breeches on thankfully but he was bare chested.
"Thank you." Thorin grunts as he stands. Oblivious to senkas red embaressed face.
"Ah ha ha y-your welcome. I better see what going on with Akara" she says quickly as she turns and walks off.
"Senka!" Thorin calls, causing the woman to stop in her tracks.
"Thank you for distracting the trolls
You were skilful. I apologise for ever doubting you" he says sincerely. A smile stretches over senka face as she nods and makes her way back to Akara, happy that the king seemed to respect her just a little more.
