Negative Perspective

The snow flurried from the heavens, and descended upon the busy roads. The frost clusters blinded drivers. He couldn't see through the icy sheet forming on his car window, and he huffed in exasperation. When would this never ending Hell be over? He still had 45 minutes to go, and the car in front of him wouldn't budge. It was like everyone was frozen in place. He squeezed the wheel; his knuckles draining of all other color.

Positive Perspective

She peered through the window with a smile plastered on her face. She looked at the beautiful white flakes on the other side with wonder. She went to her closet and threw her jacket on, followed by her boots. She ran through her house and threw the door open. The reflection of the icicles made everything around her shine. She stuck out her hand and a sweet crystal landed upon her palm. She raised it to her face, and examined the shapes and tendrils within.
