Well, this one was a little more complicated to do. Probably because the base picture had another figure in it that I had to erase out of the picture. Oh, the things you can do with the magic of a computer nowadays. The doctor's image was cut from another picture, and I adjusted the color of the blood to glow slightly. 

That left the crazy glowing title to do. (There's also a bevel, drop shadow and inner glow adjustments done on it.) A touch of blood, some claw marks, and this one was finished.
