I have to admit there are quite a few layers in this piece. A white torn border, a radial image, white penned lines, a highlight in the girl's eyes, and a light blue banner behind the title were a few of the adjustments.

The goal of this design wasn't to look perfectly polished but pieced together like something a teen might have created or drawn on a magazine they possibly had sitting on their dresser. 

I thought the white and orange titles worked nicely in this design as well.
